Orfilia felt like she was trapped in her mind as she struggled to open her eyes. Everything felt cloudy and dark, she tried to breathe but it felt impossible, her lungs constricting as she opened her mouth gasping for air. She wondered why she couldn’t move her body, why everything felt tight, she felt like she was caged but she couldn’t comprehend how. All she remembered was plopping down on her bed with a heavy mind wondering what would become of the fuller Alpha’s, if they would make it alive. Chapter 33“Arrgh!” Alaric growled in anger. It was painful to have found out that the triplets had destroyed everywhere and even killed his father. Although, he was relieved that his father was dead, because he knew that his father would never approve of his marriage to Orphilia. That was one obstacle, down, but deep down, his father was still his father and the triplets had made a mistake by raging war.He paced around, with his finger on his philtrum and then heard a knock on his door.“Come in.” Sylvia walked in with a smile on her face. Her plans with Alaric were already taking shape and she only managed to contain the joy she felt in her heart. Both Sylvia and Alaric had joined hands so as to get what they wanted, so all along Sylvia was planning against Orphilia and the triplets.“So, how did it go?” Alaric asked, out of curiosity.~Flashback~Sylvia followed Orphilia as she walked through the quiet alley, as that was the path to the outer road, to get a cab, but she noticed t

For days, the triplets searched for Orphilia and were getting weary of doing that.“It seems like she doesn’t want to be found.” Lucien said, sitting on the chair.“I guess.” Liam sighed. The triplets felt that Orphilia was really not interested in seeing them at all. They felt heartbroken as they had already gotten fond of her and as they had planned, to tell her that they would want to be with her, for the rest of their lives.“I guess we should just let her be. After all, that was our initial agreement.” Liam said as he heaved a heavy sigh.As they all sighed, a knock was heard on the door. Liam stood up and opened the door, only to find a letter on the floor. He picked it up and searched around, but couldn’t find anyone there, then he went back inside, with a baffled look on his face.“What’s that?’ Lucien asked, out of curiosity.“A letter. It was dropped by someone, but I didn’t get a trace of the person who dropped it.” Liam replied, still looking baffled.Lucien and Lucas move

Then Liam heard the doctor, chuckle and he opened his eyes to know what caused the doctor to chuckle.“Is there anything wrong?” Liam asked, looking lost.“Nothing. Just that you do not need to close your eyes.” He said, with a smile. Then a wand appeared in his hand, it shone brightly as it appeared, and the light went out.“You…you have a wand?” Liam asked, looking shocked.“I do. But I have to keep it a secret as it isn’t something I can show around. And this is not an ordinary wand, either. It is used for desperate times like this.” The doctor explained, with a smile on his face.“What wand is this?” Liam asked out of curiosity.“This is the powerful wand of Rinaldi. It would help us create a portal to take you to the Demon House.” The doctor explained.“Also, one thing you shouldn’t forget is that, even the bravest warriors are held down with fear. It is a place that emits fear, so do not feel weird, when you feel fear, which you aren’t used to.” The doctor revealed.“Alright the

They looked scary as they were skeletons, but Liam tried his best to calm himself down. The doctor didn't say they were going to hurt him, so he assured himself not to be scared.“If I allow my fears to take over, I won't be able to leave here.” He muttered under his breath, trying to muster up courage.“Y…yes, I came back. I… I was kind of shocked.” He explained, looking at them in fear.“We get that a lot. But you are the first to come in a short time. If you had come back in a long while, we could have changed form to a scarier look.” The first one said, looking at Liam.He couldn't decipher their reactions as there were no eyeballs or faces to know, but he felt most of their reactions.“So, what do you want?” The second one asked, resting her chin on her hand.“I came for an antidote to cure a deadly poison which was meant for a werewolf, but was given to a human.” Liam replied, feeling a bit relieved that he was making progress.“You do not need to explain too much. We know the d

“Oh no! I didn't make it?” Liam said to himself as he found himself back in the demon house. The little bottle had dissipated, and he felt like he was not able to get the child's tears. “How certain am I that I can pass the others? Does it mean I'll be here for the next three years? Oh, no! What did I get myself into?” Liam said as he slammed his hand on his face.“Alright. I'll have that, thank you.” The first demon said as he stretched his hands to my neck and dragged a necklace on my neck as it cut.“Ouch!” Liam winced at the pain the necklace gave him as he dragged it.The bottle had been on his neck as a pendant, all along. “Oh! It was on my neck. I didn’t know about that, I thought that I wasn’t able to do the task, right.” Liam said to them as he itched his hair. Liam was overjoyed that he was able to get the teardrop for the demon. But as the first demon sat down, he changed into an ugly creature. It had an oblong head with short tentacles all around its face and head, leav

At home, Lucas and Lucien were in the room, with Orphilia who laid on the bed, lifeless. “I really hope she can wake up really soon.” Lucas said, staring at her.“I hope so too. But Liam is out there, making sure that he gets the antidote and I am certain that he is more than capable, so we do not need to worry. Once he is here, it is certain that she will wake up.” Lucien said, trying to assure Lucas. Then Sylvia knocked on the door and walked in.“Oh my. I was told that you both have not been eating well. I think you should eat to have strength to watch over her. And I am certain that a solution is nearby. You have already found a way out for her, so why should you be depressed? Now, let’s go out to eat and then come back to wait for Liam.” Sylvia said, with a smile as she pulled Lucien and Lucas out of the room. They drove off to a restaurant and they were served food, but Lucien and Lucas couldn’t seem to eat, even when they were served their favorite.“Come on, guys. Liam had finally made his way back to his world after being stuck in that strange portal for what felt like an eternity. He had thought that the portal was going to throw him out back to his world, immediately, but it was taking eternity to do so. His body ached and his head was spinning as he stumbled out of the portal and onto the ground. Then he saw the doctor in a tweed jacket and bow tie walking towards him."Welcome back. Are you alright?" He asked, taking in Liam's disheveled appearance.Liam nodded weakly, and then he briefly explained the events that led up to his journey through the portal and how he had acquired the antidote from the three demons that would cure Orphilia of the poison.“It was quite adventure-filled and I am certain you experienced fear. I’m glad you were able to scale through, regardless.” The doctor said, with a smile on his face.Without wasting a moment, the Doctor and Liam made their way to Orphilia's room, where Lucien and Lucas were anxiously waitin

A woman was kneeling in the middle of a dimly lit room and she was surrounded by three huge men.. Liam and Lucien exchanged glances as they watched Lucas handle Sylvia roughly. Lucas grabbed her by the hair and pressed her chin tightly and he pulled her up from the floor."Tell us where the antidote is now or you'll regret it, Sylvia!" He demanded harshly. Sylvia cried as she felt her jaw crushing in his grip. She coughed hard as he finally let her go and she fell on the cold marble floor."I.. I can't tell you, I won't tell you even if you kill me" she declared."It seems like you have a death wish? Huh Sylvia?" Liam questioned harshly. Sylvia only gazed at him and shook her head. Her face was sweaty and her hair was wet. The room was so hot but the triplets didn't seem to feel anything. Her hair fell over her face—covering the bruises inflicted on her face from the claws of Lucas."I'll ask you for the last time, Sylvia.. where the hell can we find the antidote to the poison?" Lucas
