Semua Bab The Alpha's Triplets With a Rejected Mate: Bab 81 - Bab 90

Lyra's POVI woke up with a aching feeling at the back of my head. It was excruciating. I wanted to sleep some more thinking that if I did then maybe the pain would go away. I turned in my bed to assume a more comfortable position but as i did, I felt someone close to me.I opened my eyes instantly and the washed over me like a waterfall. I remembered what had happened and what caused me to fall asleep. The pain had been caused by Asher. I couldn't believe that he had pulled such a trick because he was trying to protect Devlin. I didnt know anything about asher anymore. The man who i had loved dearly, the man who i acknowledge as the greatest person in the world. The man who I was grateful that was my mate was gone like the gust of a wind and the person I was seeing now was not in anyway the man in my heart. Asher had changed overnights he had transformes into someone unrecognizable and it made me.wondee if this really was his true self and that what inhad faked for was just a facade,

Lyra's POV.The men were standing by the door staring at the both of us, but I wasn't sure Devlin knew that they were there, possibly she thought the door just opened because why else would she be standing there on the same spot, glaring at me like i had done something bad to her when in actuality I was the one that was wronged in that gruesome manner. She was frowning and I knew she wanted me to hurt more than I already was. She was angry with me, she was very angry but I didn't care because that anger could not be acted upon seeing that Philip had come. He would always come to my rescue. I didn't have to wait for Asher or Tristan, Philip was all I needed. And I was right about it, he immediately rushed to my side and wrapped his hands around me.Devlin saw him and her face changed, the color drained from her face and she turned around immediately only to be met with Asher's glare and Tristan's disappointed look.Tristan, the man who had been flirting with her for as long as I could

Asher's POVI immediately rushed to hold her but as i got there, Philip slapped my hand off of Lyra's body."What's your problem man?!" Philip asked me.I was shocked at his response, i was only trying to help he had yelled blood and gotten everyone in the room worried, week everyone other than Devlin and it was only because of our care and concern for Lyra, however,he was not appreciating any of those, he was more fixed on whatever was going on with him. He was fixed on the fact that Lyra was his.I wanted to help her and that wish, that desire was tainted by nothing. I was genuine and real about my intentions but no, he wouldn't let me have it, he wouldn't let me hold her, he was pulling her so.close to himself like she was an object that belonged to him. Be was so into Lyra that it was unbecoming, but I felt that it was because he was more interested in having a partner than who that partner was. From what I had seen, Philip seemed to be a really great lover, he was without flaws, t

Lyra's POVI was stupefied. My eyes glued to the servant who had said those words, I wondered what she could have seen that made her give such testimony. Of course her words were untrue, I never pushed Devlin down from the terrace. What reason could I possibly have for committing such a crime?Devlin was a bitch, she was a very horrible and selfish person and I have received such cruelty first hand but it wasn't enough reason to push her down when she might likely fall to her death. I wasn't a monster, I wasn't cruel. I hated her but not to the point where I'll kill her.I do wish her a horrible life worse than death but I wasn't going to be the one to deliver it.The maid's words had been influenced by something, although I had no idea what, but I do know that she couldn't have made such a bold accusation without someone backing her up.I wasn't the only one pissed about the maids' words, Philip who was standing behind me seemed to have his feathers ruffled."What are you saying?" He

Asher's POV I could not listen to what Lyra had to say nor could I listen to Tristan, all that was on my mind was how to get Devlin inside just so I could stop the bleeding. I was scared about her life, I needed her to survive and whether or not she was pushed, at the moment, it held no importance to me. Maybe when she's alright and safe will I bother about who had wanted to kill her. To be honest, Lyra was on the top of my list. She hated Devlin and even now she desperately wanted Devlin to call her troops back because obviously she didn't want to harm her boyfriend, Philip. Maybe that was the reason why she was behaving like that, maybe that was what she and Devlin had fought about. However, there waa a possibility that it was Devlin that stated the fight, two times, she had been caught hitting Lyra and it could have happened that they fought over me and seeing that I had just told Devlin something truly disturbing bef
