I take it you have the photos to show meRaven's POV Sitting upstairs in our suite, I just finished feeding Hael is dinner then giving him a bath. Now I am in his room with him sitting on my lap as I read him his bedtime story:One day the bear came to a clearing where a man was ploughing."Good day," the bear said. "What are you doing?""I'm ploughing," the man answered. "After I finish ploughing I'm going to harrow and then plant the field, half in wheat and half in turnips.""Yum! Yum!" the bear thought to himself. "Good food that – wheat and turnips!" Aloud he said: "I know how to plough and harrow. What do you say to my helping you?""If you help me," the man said, "I'll share the harvest with you."So the bear set to work and between them they soon had the field ploughed, harrowed, and planted. When autumn came they went to get their crops. At the turnip field the man said: "Now what do you want as your share – the part that grows above the ground or the part that grows below?"

Taking it, I open it to see him, LukeAxel's POV Raven is home again, in the room on bed rest for the next week before she needs another check up. Luckily I have Elena up there with her during the day while the kids are at school and training. When I got in last night I could hear Raven reading Hael a bedtime story, when I peeked into the room I saw how as she was telling him a story, he was just fully enamored as he watched her intently. That's when I noticed she didn't have a book, she was telling him a story as she looked off, like she was watching the story unravel in her mind as she spoke out loud."Once the bear was caught in a net. He thrashed about this way and that until he was exhausted. Then he fell asleep. While he slept a host of little mice began playing all over his great body. Their tiny feet tickled him and he woke with a start. The mice scampered off, all but one that the bear caught under his paw."Tweek! Tweek!" the frightened little mouse cried. "Let me go! Let m

I want to be safe, to keep our kids safeRaven's POV Here I am sitting at the hospital, in a room alone, waiting for the doctor to come in for my check up to find out if I can come off of best rest. The waiting is killing me though, sitting here on this bed chair thing that's killing my back.I pray to the Moon Goddess that I can come off the best rest because I am honestly going stir crazy in the suite. I've had people in and out more this past week than ever before, so much interaction doesn't bother me really but it being done in my personal space seems to annoy me quite a bit.Today is the longest I have been out of there this entire past week. The moment I walked outside to head over here I breathed in so deeply I actually got a bit dizzy from all the fresh cool air that whipped around me.I didn't want to have a car take me here but I had no choice so even that didn't last long enough for me. Yet now, being in here all alone, the quiet surrounding me, only the small sounds of fe

Any movements on your end?Axel's POV When I had to leave Raven I felt a pang in my heart as I watched her scurry off to where Ayla was standing with our son. Unable to go to him, to stay with her, as I sent them off to be safe in the best way I knew how.Rushing out with Jason and David, we all took off, shifting mid air as we ran through the pack lands to the borders, each of us taking a separate one as Isaac already headed to the East. Retired or not now, he is still someone I count on heavily to help protect this pack.I hadn't shifted, in what felt like ages, Lucian claiming control as he took off running while keeping our pack link open for anyone to get a hold of us if needed. The wind whipping through our fur, the coolness of the air passing through to our body as we ran hard in this form. His legs extended with every step he took, the sense of freedom surrounding us as we came to a stop by the guards tower to the South where the main rogues had been spotted.Lucian pushed to

Her scent surrounding me as I inhaled deeply.Axel's POV Continued It's been two days, two days of watching Timothy recuperate while staying out here away from my family while these damn rogues keep appearing in different areas at different times of the day, no pattern to it at all but definitely keeping us guessing and on our toes.I contacted the hunters society, calling a sort of truce, one that has been there for decades, so long as we keep our end and not attack human villages.Being in this decade, we work well with others, manage to stay off the radar of hunters besides the occasional rogue that may attack someone jogging through the woods they happen to be in, of course we even try to keep that maintained by hunting down a rogue that has killed someone.Basically we do everything in house when possible and the hunters have left us alone for a long time. They mainly go after vampires or witches that take qualms in hurting humans without a second thought. We on the other hand,
