After telling Ana about everything happened last night, I was back to avoid Alex and Rihana. So, here I was, back at the library and reading my fourth book for the day. I wanted to get my mind off about what happened last night."Katy, we need to talk." Rihana's voice almost made me jump up and I stood up, turning around to face her."Yes?""I just want to know about what's going on with you and Alex?" My eyes widened at her words but then she already saw us kissing so of course there was no point in hiding anything anymore."I don't know. He says that he's figuring things out.""He already figured it out. Look, I understand that you both have a thing now, but Katy, I didn't go through hell to come back for you to take him from me. I need him and he needs me. He is just confused right now and he is in a lot of pain, which is why he is using you to forget about me. But that's not happening anytime soon because I don't plan to give him up." She went on .

The next day, I woke up, took a quick bath and rushed downstairs. But strangely no one was around. It's empty. My eyes narrowed around the whole area and I shrugged it off ."Strange." I mumbled to myself, searching for the guys. Where was everyone? Did they leave somewhere in the morning or something? Why didn't they tell me? It's already an hour but still no sign of anyone . Not even Ana. Does she went to visit her parents?I helped myself with the food in the dining table."Should we check that building again? Fuck, where the hell could he be?" Joey's tired voice came as he walked in alongside David."Maybe he's--" David stopped when his eyes met mine . Joey too stare at me as I stuffed a muffin in my mouth . An unreadable but shocked expression appeared on their faces as I took another bite out of my muffin, questioning their behavior."Ka-Katy, wha-what are you--" Edward trailed off and I gulped it down, feeling slightly embrassed."We need to talk

"Are you sure you're fine?" my mom asked softly as she placed a plate of chicken nuggets on the table. I quickly nodded and hugged her again before turning to eat my food."We were so worried-""Mom, just leave it." I replied curtly, her eyes still glimmering in tears."If living with Alex is putting you in danger then-""Mom, it's fine, we don't have to go there," I cut her off, slightly hurt and frustrated by her words."We were only trying to-""It doesn't matter now." I smiled weakly before continuing to finish up the food. I can't ruin today, a chance like this was hard to come. Ana came by and explained why she left without telling me. Her father was sick.Hours passed with us talking about Terry. She would curse every five seconds and go on about how Alex was irresponsible for not being able to take care of me and how she will torture Terry."Katy," Mom suddenly came inside the room and I snapped my head to look at her panicked form. "I

A knock on the door made me jump up in surprise. The door flew open and Rihana came in."There is a party tonight, David wanted to let you know since you hate it. He said to lock the door and stay in here if you don't want to join." She folded her hands across her chest, raising a brow at me.It was so obvious that she was still mad and jealous about what happened last night."I'll talk to Alex then." I purposely emphasized as I started walking towards the door. Without warning, she suddenly disappeared out of my sight and I rolled my eyes, knowing exactly where she went. To who she went to.I walked downstairs and saw the guys setting up the place. My heart froze when I saw Rihana already talking to Alex, her eyes narrowing at me as she spoke."Alex," I called as I walked to him. "Can you please cancel the party? ""I can't." he said shortly as he stared down at me."But I hate it." I trailed off when Rihana huffed, causing me to shoot her a glare

"Wow, you look beautiful." Franklin said as I stepped into the ballroom, wearing a sleeveless black gown, that showed off my curves perfectly."Thank you." I replied as my eyes landed on Rihana. Seeing her smile made my blood boil , I tried to tell about her but no words left my mouth. She can't get away with this. There is no way she can distract everyone in a party. Someone might notice me and save me. Hours passed and I started to panic, my eyes searched for Alex and David, but they were nowhere to be seen now. What the hell! I haven't even see them once. What was going on?"Now my surprise for the night," Rihana said over the mic as everyone turn to look at her. "Seeing that Alex and David is not here to ruin the fun tonight, why don't we step up our game a little, hmm?" She knowingly sent me a smirk at the end, causing my heart to drop. "Ladies, let's start." On cue, some random girls stepped up in front of us before sliding their hair back to a side, sending seductiv
