His Forbidden Hybrid Mate のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 21 - チャプター 30

Jaden's POV"They are having another party tonight! How possible is that? I thought they were all gloomy and should begin to suffer from whatever curses were laid on them!" A messenger ran into the royal hall and announced it to us.We were already having meetings on how and when to attack, so this news really hit everyone like a bomb, except me, but I acted along like I knew nothing."What are you saying?! Are you sure?!" I yelled, my eyes widening as I clenched my fists. Dad and mom were both confused, and everyone present was glancing at Jake, me, and Stanley, the spy that went with us yesterday. "You must be joking! What party is it?" Jake retorted strongly."The Alpha's children returned. A boy and girl. The party is to celebrate their return, and throughout the pack, it had been really buzzing with a lot of activities and smiles on their faces. They don't look like people under curses. We expected to see them crying from one sickness or disease outbreak this morning, but none o

I watched as she dragged her feet away, fear and confusion written all over her face. She couldn't stop throwing glances at me. I knew there were a lot of questions going through her head, and the fright in her wouldn't even let her say anything.I could only hear her sharp breaths as her legs shivered at each step away from me. Once she was gone, I shut the door and went back to bed. I closed my eyes and waited for sleep to take me away, but just then, I felt that hotness of the bracelet again."What is wrong with this?" I muttered in confusion, bringing it out in haste. It was glowing again, and I really didn't know why. It was like an unseen force pushed me to do it. I quickly put it on my left hand, and a wave of sensation swept through my skin, so chilling that goosebumps spread through me."We shouldn't be wearing that! What gave you the courage? Do you know if it's forbidden or something?" My wolf shouted when she saw me wear the bracelet. We had been really scared to wear it,

Different thoughts were running through my mind as I stood there, sinking into the tension building in the room, which I could feel on my skin. I could sense the eyes of everyone on me because not only was I Jaden's best friend, I was also the one they believed could give the answer and explanation to everything the shaman spilled."I will be leaving now, and I trust you to deal with this critical issue well so it doesn't escalate into something more complicated." The shaman broke the silence."Wait. Can you find out where my son is right now?" The vampire queen asked with fear laced in her tone."I am sorry, I can't. You don't have to be afraid; he will be back soon." He replied, and I could hear his receding steps until he was out of the room and the door was closed. "What was that?" The vampire king's angry voice fired at me, causing a wave of panic to course down my spine as I flinched and raised my head. I couldn't help gasping in terror as I saw his deadly eyes. It wasn't frien

"What did Selene do? Did she show any hybrid powers or special or different abilities beyond the normal? Did you find out she was gifted in any way? Please tell me!" My voice cut in, as I couldn't stand there any longer. I couldn't wait, as I was really anxious to hear what her answer would be, as it might really give me a hint on why the demon king is obsessed with her death.I knew I shouldn't be worried about his reasons because he is totally powerless, but no one can be too sure about that witty creature. He had never met Selene but was impatient to hear about her death, as if she were preventing him from doing something. He greatly despised us, the werewolves, for what we did to him, and I was so sure he would spend almost all his life trying to find a way to get revenge. For him to request Selene's death is totally weird and confusing, and that's why my heart couldn't be at rest."Mama, when did you enter here? Have you been standing there watching us?" Callan, my son, asked in

"Shut up that stinking mouth!" He flared angrily, smacking my head hard to stop my screams, but it only escalated as the pain from his hit struck deeper into my skull. With the corner of my eyes, I saw him putting on the condom, and the terror gave me a gush of strength, and the adrenaline that waved through me forced me to find my way of escape, but it was something I regretted immediately.I stood straight and threw my head back with force, giving him a sudden headbutt to the face, which made him stumble back and groan in pain. I couldn't wait for anything else as I sharply picked up the towel and sped towards the door, but somehow I wasn't fast enough. My legs were still shaky and weak from the shock of what almost happened to me.Just as I got to the door with just the tip of my finger on the door knob, I felt his presence closely behind me, and in the next minute, my neck was grabbed from behind, and he slammed my head on the door so hard that my brain went blank and everything b
