MIA'S POV:"No, this can't be happening!" My eyes grew wide as saucers and I stared down at the pregnancy kit in my hands."When…when did this even happen?" I stammer, panic kicking in instantly.I clutched my chest, my hands so shaky that I began to inhale and exhale to calm myself down."Okay Mia, no need to panic, just stay calm and think of a way to resolve this," I mumbled, trying hard to get a hold of myself.“Wait, how the hell can I resolve a pregnancy?” My palms instantly became sweaty,"I… I….I need to get rid of this pregnancy kit,” I stuttered."Mia, what's wrong? I heard you scream downstairs. Is everything okay?" My mum's voice resonated from the door. "Oh, no," I whisper-yelled and hastily threw the kit on the bed and tried to hide it under the sheets, but then, the door opened and my mum walked in.I quickly stood straight to avoid suspicion and hoped that she wouldn't look down on my bed."Uhh…. Nothing Mom,” I faked a smile and turned to look at her."What do you

Liam's POV:"What?" My mom and I yelled simultaneously. I stared at the unknown lady, my face immediately twists in disgust"Yes, you heard me right" the unknown lady replied, hands akimbo. This isn't my first time seeing ladies pinning a pregnancy on a guy just because of money.Sadly, I'm one of those guys because I'm considered to be the most wealthiest man in the whole of New York. And this situation has occurred more than once this month.Women will always be women. Maybe she just wants to pin the pregnancy on me to access my wealth. But hell no, I am not going to let that happen. I've had enough of this bullshit from women. I was about to speak when my mom beat me to it."Are you really pregnant for my son?" My mom asked with an unsure look on her face."Yes, I am," the lady replied, nodding slowly with her eyes fixed on me.My mom giggles, a smile plastered on her face, which infuriated me because she has never smiled at me like that since she started asking for a grandchild."

MIA'S POV:The doctor walked out of the lab with the test results in his hands. My heartbeat rapidly increased when he gave the test result to Liam who took a while before reading what was written on it.I could see the shock on his face when he read the test result making me wonder what was written on it. I was about to ask him what was written on it when his mother spoke first."So doctor, what's written on the test result?" I heard her ask in anticipation."Congratulations Ma, you are going to be a grandmother" the doctor replied with a small smile."What? How is this possible? How am I pregnant for this man?" I yelled in shock as everyone weirdly stared at me."Just kidding, I mean I can't believe I'm really pregnant for Liam," I said with a nervous laugh to cover up my mistake.Suddenly, we all heard a loud thud. I quickly turned and found Liam slumped to the floor looking like he just saw a ghost."Doctor, are you sure of what you saying? I haven't even met this girl before talk

LIAM'S POV:I just stared on at the commotion going on right in front of me.I heard my mom ask Mateo who threatened him to pronounce me impotent. Mateo didn't talk at first, but after persuasion, he finally let the cat out of the bag."I was threatened by Mrs Riley Macdonald to declare Mr Liam impotent." I heard him say as he lowered his head in shame.I froze in shock as soon as I heard his words. Is it the same Riley that I married?"I must have heard wrong with all this going on. Riley can't do this to me, right? Or is Mateo just using heaping the blame on her so that he can go Scott free?" I asked myself as I fumed in anger."What, Liam's wife?" I heard my mom yell as she slumped to the floor in shock."You motherfucker, how dare you accuse my wife of plotting against me. Do you think that I will seriously believe you over my wife? You must be joking to think that" I yelled as I grabbed him by the collar."I'm seriously telling the truth here. Your wife isn't who you think she is

MIA'S POV:"Are you really pregnant with my child?" Liam asked as he gazed at my tummy.I wasn't sure how to answer, but I just nodded my head in the affirmative. He suddenly swept me off my feet as he twirled me around the office.I couldn't help but scream out my lungs because of how startled I was.He let me down and I looked down embarrassed of how hard I screamed. He took my hands in his as he suddenly went down on one knee."Wait, hope it's not what I'm thinking?" I thought to myself as gazed down at him."Will you marry me, Mia?" he asked as he gave me a wistful look."What?" I yelled in bewilderment as I gaped at him."I know it's too sudden and I'm not proposing with a ring right now but I can't help it" he explained.I looked up at my mom and saw her gazing at me expectantly."Bu… But you are already married, and I'm too young to get married."Who said so?" I heard my mom yell but I just ignored her and focused on the man in front of me."I know, and I'm not forcing you to a

LIAM'S POV:I got home late while staggering through the gates. After leaving the hospital, I went to a bar for a drink to clear my mind.If someone told me that I would be in this condition after leaving the hospital, I would have slapped the person. I never planned to get drunk like this. I wanted to take a few sips from the wine I had ordered at the bar, but couldn't help but gulp them all down as I remembered the occurrences of today.I still can't believe that Riley would do this to me. I mean, how could she do this to me after all I've done for her?I give in to every one of her needs and even sacrifices my precious time just to cook for her. Now that I was thinking about it, she has never once cooked for me since our two-year marriage. It's either I cook or the maids cook. She has never once attempted to cook for me or even herself. I wonder what I saw in her that made me marry her.Maybe I was under a spell that made me fall in love with her or maybe I married her because of

LIAM'S POV:I can't believe that I married a devil as a wife. How can a woman in her right sense not want to get pregnant for her husband? Isn't this the meaning of marital witchcraft?I decided to put an end to our argument by ending this deceitful marriage once and for all."You know what? We are getting a divorce and that's final." I said as I attempted to walk away but was stopped in my tracks by her next words."Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not ending this marriage with you," she said with a dark smirk.I stood rooted on the spot not knowing what to say. Surprise was an understatement to how I felt when I heard those words erupt from her mouth."What did you just spit out from that dirtbag of yours?" I asked bewildered as I stared at her."You heard what you heard" she retorted nonchalantly as she checked out her perfectly manicured hands.I couldn't believe that this was the woman I married for two years. Since the first day of our marriage, she has never shown me this attit

LIAM'S POV:I didn't believe that the maids would muster the courage to come to me and ask for help in packing Riley's bag.Damn, was that the amount of hatred they had for her. Well, I couldn't blame them. Who wouldn't be happy when their tormentor will finally be gone?I couldn't help but burst into a fit of laughter when I heard Anita say that. Maybe the maids had conspired to find a way to get her out of the house so that they could finally know peace.I looked up at Anita and found her eagerly staring at me. I gave out a little smile as I finally spoke up after all the suspense."Sure, go ahead and pack her bags right away. Her wardrobe is the one on the left" I said and pointed at a wardrobe which was on the left corner of the room."Thank you so much sir, we will get to work immediately," she said as she bowed happily."We?" I asked as I raised a questioning brow at her.She immediately understood what I meant and clapped her palms together.Suddenly, the door of my room busted

LIAM'S POV:My eyes widened in shock as I realized who Riley was trying to make their life miserable. I dropped my cutleries noisily, startling the maids."Where is Riley?" I asked as I rose from my seat."She took some of her things and left earlier this morning, after answering the phone call." one of the maids replied."Do you by any chance have an idea where she was heading to?" I asked as I buckled up my suit."We are sorry Sir, but we have no idea of where she was heading to." the maids replied simultaneously."Thanks," I said as I rushed out of the house. The maids were of huge help to me recently, that's why I'm always nice to them so that I can get useful information from them about things going on in the household.I entered my car and brought out my phone. I tracked Riley's Phone and headed to her destination using the GPS tracker. "When I was together with Riley, we promised to never keep secrets from each other. We read each other's messages and share the happenings of t

LIAM'S POV:I got down my car and I got to where my tracker led me as Riley's destination, and it turned out to be a neighborhood."What would Riley be doing here?" I muttered to myself as I advanced into the neighborhood on foot while still tracing Riley's position.I finally found where she parked her car but I didn't get closer to the car as I hid behind a wall while secretly accessing the car.I noticed some movements in the car, but I couldn't see who was inside the car. So I brought out my phone and turned on the camera as I zoomed in on the car. I found Riley seated on the passenger while talking to a guy sitting in the driver's seat.I couldn't catch a glimpse of the guy's face, so I attempted to get closer to the car without anyone noticing me.I was about to secretly advance towards the car when the car door opened and the guy came out wearing a mask.He looked around to see if there was anyone around and I quickly hid behind the wall, but it seemed like I did a bad job of
