Semua Bab His Unwanted Bride (Married by Mistake): Bab 91 - Bab 100

Richard kept his gaze on Luna Wesley for a few seconds. Several possibilities going through his mind. Just what kind of a man was her lawyer? Was he toiling with their emotions? He thought she doesn't want him around her not getting involved with her case and now, he's just getting to know that she thinks that same way about him. And as it is, none of them said the words passed to the other. “Something is wrong somewhere Luna. I didn't say those words to your lawyer. I was ready, doing my best to get enough evidence to get you out. How can I tell him that I was married and as a result become unwilling to help out? I wasn't married at the time. I was actively doing my best until he cut me off completely, saying it was your request that I stay off. Did he even tell you about the investigation I made so far? I got a few reports that would have helped. Did he tell you that?” Richard stuttered. “No. He never told me any of such. In fact when I asked him how far

She took the baby away and left him in an orphanage, somewhere really far away that his parents would never be able to trace him. She was already pregnant at the time. She couldn't hurt an innocent baby. She was afraid the baby in her belly would be hurt too. Besides, he was Richard's baby after all. When she left him at the orphanage, she never went back to find him again. She shut her mind off him and concentrated on nursing her pregnancy to maturity and she had lived without the thought of that baby all these years. “You want me to believe you? If you could hurt his mother's life so much, you expect me to gulp down your lies?” Richard scowled. “I didn't mean to hurt Luna. I swear, it got out of hand and my mischievous acts went in coaches just to cover up the tracks. But the baby, I didn't hurt him. I was expecting Adrian at the time, I swear on the life of my son, that I didn't hurt your son with Luna” Anna pleaded, clasping her hands together. “Wher

Grandfather Lester felt he was going to have a cerebral haemorrhage. Richard has an illegitimate son that they don't know about? How's that possible? “Are you saying that Luna was innocent and it's all Anna's plot that brought her down?” Grandfather Lester asked, his hands trembling. Ava was accused innocently and she lost her life. Luna was also accused innocently, and who knows what has happened to her too? “Yes. Anna has confessed to me and with her information, I've tracked my son. But father,my life is in disarray. I don't know how to get my son to accept me and I will have no option than to hand Anna to the police” Richard explained. He has to take justice for Luna. Anna has to pay for what she'd done to Luna. He has to be fair to his son from Luna. But now, Anna is dying from cancer. “This isn't your fault then. I remembered you were warned to stay away from Luna's case as requested by her. I also remember that her lawyer was going to get even with you

Patrick just stared at them as if they were cracking jokes or they were acting comedy. What is the meaning of the statement they just made? How can they be his parents? “I don't understand those lines of words” Patrick stuttered, his face drained of anything that appeared like a smile. He glanced from Luna to Richard and to Luna again. “He'd always carried this idea of his mother as someone with a questionable character, hence her identity was never unveiled to him. In fact his Foster father, Patrick Connor, who named him after himself, once said no one actually knows the identity of his mother. Staring at Luna, he doesn't know what to think. Then Richard, he'd always been an uncle to him. He's Adrian's dad, for heaven's sake. When did his best friend's dad become his father? “It's unfortunate that the three of us are getting to sit together as a family for the first time. It's not your fault at all ,Patrick. If there's anyone to be blamed, that should be me.

Clem's excitement was short-lived as he glared at the doctor. Why is there a “But” when He said he was free from harm's way? This is contradictory. “Until he gets better, he has been warned not to take alcohol and he needs to see the doctor often because one of the bullets brushed the sides of his liver. He needs regular checks to ensure he is not in any form of future danger. But for now, we can't say anything” the doctor explained. Old man Lester was quiet, not able to say anything. What's going on with his son? Adrian is in danger, they should have just said it point blank and not to be so careful in the selection of words they use. “Is my grandson in danger, just say it already?” Grandfather asked, his old hands shaking and when Clem saw the trembling hands, he held him into an embrace. “No. He is not in any danger but we can't say these same words in a few months' time if he engages in alcohol and doesn't come for check ups” they explained further.
