Lahat ng Kabanata ng I Am The Alpha's Rejected Mate : Kabanata 251 - Kabanata 257

Ella's POVThe field was already fully alive with fire and frenzy when I stepped into it. The artificial lights had been put off and replaced instead with ancient torchlight, silks and banners trailing like tongues of flame as the air thrummed with raw energy. Werewolves filled the expanse, their eyes glowing with the unique colors of their wolves beneath the half lit sky. In the wide arena, just at the center, the side events began. A young male stepped forward, one I took to be a delta wolf, and tilting his head backward a bit, he exhaled a wild plume of fire that lit up the night like a dragon's breath. Then his eyes shone purple, giving a hint of the wolf behind this unique ability. The crowd roared it's approval, some stomping their feet while other howled in pure delight. Having such a wolf that converted energy into raw fire was rare in this part of the werewolf world, as such was utilized a great deal in times of war. But this wasn't all, as another round followed, this ti

Ashley's POV "Oh Jayden," I moaned beneath my breath as his thumbs lingered against my nipples for a moment longer. But I shifted, tugging my hood back over my head as I straightened up from the throne. The night was far spent. With hunger still raw in Jayden's eyes, he watched me, though his hands finally dropped away as he bent to gather how own clothes. Piece by piece, we both got dressed, our motion synchronized in a way. It struck me that, despite all the time we've spent here, he still looked utterly unbothered that the guests would surely have started murmuring by now.His entire focus was still here, with me. Ashley's POVMy breath hitched against the cold air of the throne chamber even before I could form words. Jayden's jaw had already clenched, more like he felt that my return wasn't good at all. "What's the matter Ashley?" he managed to ask, taking steps towards me. "I was just leav–" "The kids are gone Jayden," I replied, cutting him short and eating up some distance between us. Jayden's teeth flashed as quickly as his eyes turned blood red. "Who took them?!" I swallowed down my panic in an attempt to make my lungs steady. "Rhea wasn't there, the boys gone too. No trackers were left, not even a fucking scent!" "Bloody hell," Jayden whispered as he began to walk the length of the chamber, pacing like a predator measuring distance. But really he was thinking hard and fast, and his fist curled so tight the knuckles shone white. "Let's get things straightened up," I started, as I too began to pace around the room. "No one knew about the Secret Cave, right?" No reply. "Jayden?!" "
