It’s going to be exposed.

“How do you mean that you've dealt with that? We both know that he will get here no matter how hectic it is. He will either come to bluff or mock me for being left alone. What could you have said or done to keep him away? That's very hard to believe,” Harper asked“I told you I've taken care of it, he will wake up with a headache when it's evening time so, I am probably going to handle most of the jobs on his behalf,” Clef replied “Don't tell me you sent someone to drug him or something?” Calla asked“If I send someone, it's going to be exposed. I had to do what I needed to do myself. That's the only way to keep sane and make sure everything works according to plans. I can't afford to stay defeated at this point which is why, all means necessary is what I will use,”“You are sounding desperate already. Are you sure your plans will be accurate?” Calla asked“That's why I have you here as checkmate, if I go against anything and you think it will affect us, you come in. I know I'm despe

Go call Alpha.

Calla was dragged like a criminal and the look on Harper's face was somehow, that look that says how pained she is for all Calla had to go through. She was unhappy that despite how Clef tried to make sure she wasn't dragged in an annoying manner, she couldn't do much.Calla saw that look and she had to make a hand to show that she was okay and she doesn't need to worry about a lot of things,After what seems unending, they were finally got to Alpha Gideon's wing,Clef said “go call Alpha, tell him that I have with me, Calla,” she ordered one of the guards That one was skeptical “I ask you to call me Alpha Gideon, I could have gone to calm him however everything he is here waiting for might be a waste,” Clef said That words carries lots of weights and one could already tell that there's no way things will not get complicated “I will go in to call him but as it is, there's a problem, I can't let her stay all alone, her presence is very important and that is something I want you to k

I can never be yours.

The room hold some grave silence that one could actually mistake for the mourning of someone's demise Harper broke the silence, “why do you trust her this much?” Calla looked up in surprise, “I'm only reciprocating the energy you laid, you sent the letters through her and you said in it that she is someone you trusted, am i supposed to mess everything up with my distrust in her?” “I know you are trusting her based on my words but I think we might be making a huge mistake that will cost you,” Harper said“You are scared for my well being and I adore it but then you need to know that I care about you as much as I care about myself. I know how crazy it is out there and I'm not ready to jeopardize everything I have for this cause however, there's room for doing everything in my power to get things done,”“Calla, I know she is a lot but we should give chances, a chance to care that she is desperate or might be a false, we just have to help ourselves,” Harper said That moment, they hear

I could sense poison.

Calla was so engrossed in thoughts as to whom Alpha Gideon was saying when he burst it out on them“You should know that I got this plan out with the help of Clef, she planned it,” Alpha Gideon bluffed“She is so amazing that her plan fell through. I can't wait to see the end she has imagined. That way, I can be so sure I get what I want. She is proving her loyalty despite what I put her through. She is truly for me,” he addedCalla felt stung, she was in so much pain for hearing such a thing. They had just played right into Clef's game.Harper wanted to talk, she was so furious and pained and it was obvious in her look and how she clenched her fist,Calla knew if she spill, there is going to be a problem and although she is angry too, she is trying to talk to herself and follow her mind ad her mind is telling her that things is still going right “I like how you came here to bluff, you think you can have me? I will rather die than let that happen. I just want you to know that you nee

I won.

Calla knew at that time they can't talk about Clef freely, not even through whispering. She knows how delicate it is for them to do that. Alpha Gideon is awake and his hearing might be sharp enough to hear from a distance and they don't want that.“Harper we need writing material to talk,” Calla communicated“I can see his reflexes and I know he may hear us, that is why we actually have to keep quiet about everything or maybe communicate via book and pen,”“How about sign language?” The attendant asked“It would have been a better option but no thanks, we can't say if he will be able to read things,” Calla said“Yeah, he is very talented and might be able to use sign language,” Harper buttressed While they were discussing silently, Alpha Gideon regained himself, it was as if he never took anything.“Did you know about this?” He asked the attendant “About what?” the attendant tried to act confused Calla was also looking for a way to protect her as well“I am asking if you know about

I’m sorry Alpha.

Calla was already thinking about how she was going to kick his balls and looking for the best way out or maybe a moment to overpower him although that is like her dreaming. There was a saving grace Calla had, as he came close on her, someone knocked on the door.“Who is that?” Alpha Gideon screamed in anger“It is Clef, Alpha,” she responded “Can you come later?” He asked her“No, Alpha we have trouble looming already,” she said “Trouble?” Alpha Gideon reacted“Do not leave here except I ask that you do so,” he gave instructions to Calla and went for the door.Calla was disturbed as to what could be happening? She can't read minds but she can always guess what the situation can be, her instincts were on the high side.Through their discussion, she was able to add few sentences she managed to hear together, “This is more reason I should have lay with her, he should meet her a broken mate,” he had said angrily “This is not the time for you to think about Calla, I know you want her f

This is the height of it.

“I was just talking about how arrogant and annoying you are and you've started exhibiting the characters.” Calla said“I know you are probably thinking what do I mean,” she said facing the elders “Think about yourself, your future, do you feel secured in the hands of this Alpha? You need not lie to yourself. He doesn't have respect for either of you and he disrespect you a lot. That kind of Alpha is the one you want to sit with, you all can do better to be honest, you know deep under your breath that life is not just about you can be offered but what you can offer others, now that you offer Alpha Gideon your loyalty, what have he given you in return? Did he offer you anything tangible? You need to know what it means to be a better Alpha. I'm sure his predecessors were not this way, why have you come to believe him so much and live a life that revolves around him,”“What are you trying to do?” One of the elders asked“Obviously she is trying to make us feel bad for what we believe in.

I was going to marry Calla.

Calla was confused and didn't know what to do but all that feeling came down the moment she heard one of the elders speak.“You know you could have handled it better right? Now your friend will most likely be suffering for something she didn't do,” he said to Calla Calla let out a smile. She finally got what she wanted, they were exactly not on his side but had to save face while he was there hence their reactions. She looked at the other elders and she noticed the same thing. They were all not ready to fight a battle they would lose before they began. She could see the fear in them and the only reason they could talk freely was because it was just them and a guard.Even while talking, he raised his brow to see the guard on the ground. Maybe it is to know if he can talk or be quiet.Whatever his reason was, Calla could see the others were in support as well, that gave her the confidence to continue talking and acting the best way she could. If they all have her back, she might be ab

Your Alpha won’t spare you.

The noise got really bad that anyone would run at the sound,Alpha Gideon was confused “Clef, is that Alpha Dominic coming?” He asked in fear“I'm not sure, I am not expecting him to arrive this fast,” Clef said Calla could see how confused everyone looked. They all had something or more to say and some had even left because looking to her left and right, she saw that those around had reduced. She was hoping it was Alpha Dominic but her hope was dashed as he was the one.The sound came very close and it was surprising to everyone to see the warriors of Bloodfang Pack. That was when the crowd was gradually returning to its original state.People was showing up from the sides and have a look The warriors took a boy, they were in a red uniform and all had paintings over their faces. That part irks Calla.“We got a call to mobilize all of our men to the battle field and here we have them sir.” The leader said“I am so glad that you came on time. I'm so happy to see you all come out in

Hold them down.

“You are really as shameless as I thought you to be. You could say this out loud, it shows how much of a respect you have for me as a wolf and how you actually see the other wolf. It reflects your thinking about the feminine wolves. You need to really work on that. You are so bitter, I wonder what got you so consumed that the only thing you think about is yourself and not anyone else. Even when you are clearly hurting others, you still feel like your own feelings supersede their emotions. I can't be your mate, I would rather die than have that happen.” Calla said“Do you all believe in disgusting things? Is that what everyone here thinks today, I know I'm not. I am definitely considerate,” he replied “You are power drunk and that should give you an insight to what you really look like. I am not here to condemn you but to also release you from the bondage you have put yourself. If there's anyone who is power drinks and want everything to go their way, it is no other wolf than you.
