Chapter 1

Aria's POVI've never been more excited about a day. Tomorrow is the day I'm to shift for the first time in my life. There have been minor signs that I'll be an incredible wolf, but showing claws and having an incredible sense of smell do not cut it.The night before, I pranced around the pack, telling anyone who cared to listen about my shift day, which was also my birthday. Then I met up with Bale, who was a friend of mine but had shifted about two years ago when he clocked eighteen. His father is the Alpha of my pack, and my father is the Beta. Automatically, we became close.“What's with the excitement, Aria?” Bale asked with an uninterested look on his face. I entered the Alpha lodging area that was close to the Pack den.“Tomorrow, I'll be clocking eighteen, and you know what that means?” I excitedly asked, jumping from one leg to the other. With a raised brow, Bale looked at me, carefully taking in my appearance.“Is that why you're this excited?” He asked.“Urm… of course it is

Chapter 2

Aria's POVI can never forget that day in a hurry. It's been a year since my utter humiliation on my birthday, and on that same day, my mum decided to leave my dad, and in doing so, she left me. I couldn't reach her even over the phone; it was like she disappeared off the face of the earth.Everything changed drastically after that. I got to realise the type of person the man I called Dad all through my life really is.Months after that, we lost the Alpha. They tried to attack another pack—him, my dad, and some other members of our pack—and a lot of them were massacred by that other pack. Only a few were able to escape, my dad inclusive. I can understand that; my dad can never stand by anyone, only himself. He is that selfish. One year after the worst day of my life, I can't even find it in my heart to celebrate my birthday. I just want to be left alone and reminisce about the good old days.“Aria! Aria!! Come out here immediately!” my dad's voice boomed from his room.I stood up and w

Chapter 3

Here's your chapter with only grammar, spelling, punctuation, missing words, and sentence corrections. I have not changed your plot, dialogue, or writing style.---Aria's POV“You might not smell like a wolf, but you still have a little bit of it in you. It shows in your eyes and your fangs,” Bale said to me.It's the third time I'm coming to his place since the man I called my dad decided to sell me off to him in exchange for favours.I can still vividly remember the first night it happened. I fought with him tooth and nail, but he seemed to be getting off on the fact that I wasn't compliant. I can't even recognise myself anymore. I still live with my dad in his den, but whenever the Alpha requests me, I immediately go over to the Alpha's den. I'm tired of the degradation. The only friend I have has been banned from coming to see me. I miss Rita, but most especially, I miss my mum.The Alpha's breath brushed over my face as he thrust deep within me. This is not how I thought I'd expe

Chapter 4

West's POVEvery waking day, I wake with a desire to burn the Crescent Pack to the ground, but one thing my late father always taught me is that patience is a virtue. I've experienced a different level of emotions for a year now, and nothing beats the revenge I've been longing for—the burning desire to hold those who killed my family accountable and dish out the exact cruelty they meted out to my pack and my family.“Rio!!!”“Yes, Alpha,” my brother answered from within the den.“Come out here.”He rushed out as swiftly as possible.“Where were you last night when I was helping the new shifters?” I asked him with a venomous tone."Urhmm... I was right th—”“Think twice before you lie to me. I know everything going on within the pack and at the pack borders,” I cautioned him.“I'm sorry, Alpha... I took a stroll in the opposite direction,” he said with his head bowed.“Hmmm. Did you encounter any werewolf who wasn't from our pack?”“No... no, I didn't go far ahead. After a while of goin

Chapter 5

West POVIt's been exactly three days since I brought Beta Tim and his daughter back to my pack. I've been restless ever since. I refuse to believe it's because the daughter, who I've gotten to know is named Aria, is yet to wake up. I've called the pack doctor to check up on her, and he said she's malnourished and dehydrated at the same time. Why would she be malnourished and dehydrated? Is she not his daughter? Is he not taking care of her?All these questions and more have been going through my mind. I want to understand why she's in this state.I can recall going to meet her father in the dungeon where he was being kept.“Who are you, and why did you kidnap me?” he asked me, already bleeding from his mouth.“You are asking the wrong questions,” I howled at him. “You should be asking how you can atone for your sins and everything you've committed,” I said in a calm voice, too calm for my liking.“I don't know you. I don't know where I am.”“I can see you are healing fast. Quick death

Chapter 6

Aria's POVI was disoriented when I woke up. Looking at my surroundings, the room I'm in is nice and airy. I wanted to stand up and find my way home, but I immediately remembered Bale. I squeezed my eyes shut in rage.Where am I?This place has a calm feeling to it, something I can't place my hands on. I doubt I'm still in the Crescent Pack. Immediately, my memory of the last person I saw before I lost consciousness came to my mind. He looked so intimidating, although he had a rugged, handsome face.Just as the thought was going through my mind, he entered the room. I withdrew in shock. I tried looking for ways to escape, although the attraction I'm feeling towards him is unexplainable. Why am I feeling this way towards him?Who is he? I thought to myself as he drew closer to the bed. I stiffened in fear.“Hey! Calm down, I'm not trying to hurt you,” he said to me.I shook my head, refusing to be anywhere near him.“My name is West, West Grey. I'm the Alpha of Bloodmoon Pack.”On heari

Chapter 7

Aria's POVIt's been a month since I woke up and found myself in this place, and it's evident that I cannot just get up and leave. I understand that my dad is down in the dungeon, but why am I not there with him? I've asked those that I've seen in this Alpha's den, but no one knows. The voices by the door jolted me up. The door opened at that moment, and I couldn't stop looking at Alpha West. He looked strikingly handsome. His hair was gelled back, although a few tendrils had fallen over his face, maybe because he had been out since the break of dawn. The suit he wore covered up his body, but I could still see the ripple of hard muscles, and I couldn't help but blush furiously just as I averted my gaze.“Aria,” he called out my name softly.I looked back at him. His blue eyes softened just as he caught my gaze. I couldn't help but gasp at what I could see in his eyes.“We need to talk. I have allowed you to be all this while since you came here, but I think it's high time we talked,” h

Chapter 8

West POVI need to control a lot of things of late, one of which is the way I feel towards Aria. I can't be thinking with what's between my legs, even though my wolf can't wait to mark her as ours, but I really need to control myself. Another thing I need to control is the anger I feel whenever someone asks why Aria is in my den instead of in the dungeon. Moreover, this is Willow that's asking. She is more than just a pack member; she's a friend and also my Beta's daughter.“Willow, aren't you aware? She was sick, and I needed Rio to take care of her, considering he has met her before and is familiar with her,” I replied with a forced smile on my face.I've been trying to mask my facial expressions as well because no one can know. They mustn't know that the one person who can get under my skin is this girl by my side. I can feel her glare on me. She's looking at me like I've developed two heads. The little green dress she's wearing has accentuated her curves. Can a person be more beaut

Chapter 9

West POVI turned back with a sharp intake of breath.“When did you get here?” I asked Beta Sage. I really couldn't believe that this was happening right now. I just wanted to share this secret with Liam, someone who wouldn't judge me and possibly someone who wasn't expecting something from me.“Alpha, I asked you a question. Who's your mate? Did you not just say you've met her?” Sage asked.“Urhmm... I met her on my way to the city, but there's an issue,” I said, trying not to stutter.Looking at Liam, I noticed he was waiting for me to continue.“And?” he asked.“And what?”“You were about to tell us the issue.”“Ohhh... well, the issue is that she is a human.”I'm not lying, to say the least. Aria is still in her sole human form, so...“Ohhh, and that's a bad thing because?” Liam asked with a raised eyebrow.“Well, it's obvious he needs a werewolf as his Luna. He's an Alpha, for God's sake,” Sage said, seeming relieved.Liam gave me a deep look, and it was as if he knew I wasn't ent

Chapter 10

Aria's POVI need to look for ways to leave here. I need a plan, and I need one as soon as possible. It seems that my presence is frustrating the Alpha, and the sooner I leave here, the better for us all.“I would need to make an appearance downstairs in the Alpha's living room,” I said to myself.I immediately left the room I'm being kept in and made my way downstairs. Shockingly, I saw a few people seated there. Immediately I entered, all eyes were trained on me, and I could not help but cower in fear.“Don't be scared, come in and join us,” a man said. He doesn't look particularly old, but he's definitely more advanced in age than the Alpha. Together with someone as young as the Alpha, I can't place the look on their faces. But the only person whose eyes speak volumes and whose looks cause a fire to ignite all over my body is none other than West. Oh, what you do to me, West.I slowly walked to the seat they were offering and sat down. I'm still wary of being in the midst of people,
