"Dylan." Drew spoke. His hand twitched and I could tell he wanted nothing more than to launch forward at me. The stakes seemed higher. The tension was so thick, it felt like it could choke us. I stayed extremely still too afraid to make any sudden movements. "Okay." Dylan spoke slowly. "Now that I have everyone's attention, no more negotiations. It's high time everyone understood who's in charge here." Kaden stepped forward and I felt the gun dig deeper into my back and I flinched slightly. Kaden paused. His eyes darted from me to his brother then me again. "Dylan." He spoke calmly, raising his hands like he was trying to calm down a wild animal.
