Amelia's POV I smiled widely, rubbing my stomach with care as I walked into my matrimonial bedroom. It had been over three months and my pregnancy had not resulted in a miscarriage like the other ones. "I am done with the preparation, ma'am!" The maid Ashton hired to help me announced from the passage. "Ok. Did you hear the sound of my husband's car?!" I raised my voice back. "Yes, ma'am," I rushed out of the room with my hand wrapped around my stomach because I did not want Ashton to walk past the living room before I gave him the news he had always wanted to hear. My palms turned sweaty as the giant door creaked open. "Happy third anniversary!" I grinned when he walked in, but he kept his usual cold face. He stepped closer to me, eyes burning with anger. "I would like it if you could greet me with happy divorce day instead," he barked, staring at me with so much dislike. "What do you mean by that, my dearest?" I stuttered as my mood slowly changed to a bad one.

THREE YEARS LATER Amelia's POV It has been three years since I signed the deal to become the legal wife of Liam West, who is still battling with his sickness.
