Anesha's POV Everything hurts. My head, my throat, my chest. It's like my body is falling apart, breaking off each other and the pain is so unbearable. I can hear voices above me. Murmuring quietly and yet still too loud. Their words swimming over my head. I groan, painfully, trying to get my bearings. “Anesha?” A large hand rests on mine. It's too hot and heavy, so I try to wiggle away from it. “Anesha, can you hear me?” “Please, let her wake up, Sir.” I want to hug whomever said that but I can't move too much. My body feels like it's wrapped in a fluffy cloud. The air smells like clean, cold and with a hint of something else I haven't smelt in a long time. I can tell this isn't my room anymore. I open my eyes slowly, blinking as the bright lights assault my vision. “Anesha?” The first thing I see are his eyes and the memories come rushing back again. The trip. The proposal gone wrong.
