Alexandra’s POV I could sense Sebastian’s release when I woke him. I knew he felt embarrassed, so I rushed out to give him space and also let him get ready since Samantha and Julian were waiting for us in the lounge, ready to go. I truly admired Sebastian’s control—his loyalty to Christine. He hadn’t strayed, despite the fact that she had been intimate with Xavier. Alexandra’s POV I still could not believe in what I heard. "It did not sit right with me. What Mirabel was doing in the unclaimed land?" I asked, shocked. We were on the way to Mirabel's funeral as all Alpha's and Luna's were attending to pay respect to Alpha Caleb and express condolences on her daughter's death. Mirabel was brutally violated and killed by rogues in unclaimed land. Even though she and her had a very unpleasant history, I still did not wish her such a brutal death. Gods, I did not wish her death at all. I could be called naive, but I have never seen how someone's else pain can relieve your own.
