Lahat ng Kabanata ng Your Honor, I Want A Divorce!: Kabanata 151 - Kabanata 160

"One-- one hundred million dollars??!!" She almost choked as she asked. "Are-- are you sure? Are you sure you're not making a mistake here?""Do we have a deal or not?" I asked her in a firm tone. "Of course we do! Who cares what a bunch of strangers have to say about my mothering skills? Not me! I don't give a fuck!" She burst out in a loud laugh. I felt my heart ache. No matter how much I tried to pretend like her actions did not hurt me, it still did. I always wondered how a mother could just be so terrible. "Wait for me to reach out to you. When you receive word from me, go live and tell everyone the truth. I'll have a livestream and explain things. You have to back me up or else I won't give you a penny!" "Wait! How am I supposed to trust you that you're not trying to trick me?! Do you even have such money? How do I know you won't block me once it's all over?" She demanded in a sharp tone. I felt my eyes burn with tears but I blinked them away. She was not worthy of my tears

THIRD POVElla struggled to breathe, she clawed at Jacob's hands as she felt her feet lifting off the ground. Jacob laughed. A chilling and eerie laughter. "How long have I been gone that you had sex with two different men? And to make matters worse, one of them is my rival." Her eyes widened like they would pop out of their sockets any time soon. She wanted to wonder where he had heard it but her brain wasn't even functioning properly anymore. Her entire body system had fallen into panic mode and she was afraid she would soon pass out from the lack of air. Her struggles came lesser and lesser until her hands dangled beside her body. Hot tears spilled from her eyes that now threatened to fall close and never open again. Just before she passed out, he tossed her to the ground like a tagged doll and she immediately gasped for air so greedily. She coughed, rasped and wheezed while Jacob just laughed. She had never felt so afraid of him before. Not even when she witnessed him kill a

THIRD POVElla felt her heart skip a beat as she heard the words of the reporters. Blaire was what? She took a step forward towards Jacob to tell him to ignore the request but he apparently didn't need her say on it. He smiled as he responded before she could get to him. "Sure. Let's use the projector. Can we please dim the lights in the hall?" His order was immediately carried out. Ella's eyes widened in shock. She immediately hurried towards Jacob and whispered in his ear. "We can't do that! Blaire obviously has nothing good to say! Please! Don't be like this!"Jacob took her hand with a smile and led her away from the stage where the projector was facing. He knew that they were still being watched by several sharp eyes. As they left the stage, he squeezed her hand a little too tight that she failed to hold back a whimper. He stood close to her and whispered softly against her ear. "This is all your fault, you brought it upon yourself. Whatever Blaire says, you will have to face

THIRD POVElla rose from her feet and began to thrash around like a psycho. "Turn it off! Turn it off! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. She threw the podium off the stage like a mad woman and Jacob simply moved out of the way for her. She ran towards the man that was playing the video and thrashed his laptop. The flickering and shuttering of camera flashes increased rapidly and they immediately typed down on their keyboards. After a moment of letting out her anger, everything blurred before her eyes and she collapsed to the ground. Security team immediately rushed towards her and carried her away. Jacob let out a soft sigh and spoke at the top of his lungs so his words would be carried all through the room. "Today! The engagement between us has been annuled. Even though I am no longer her fiancé, as a concerned friend, I will make sure that Ella gets due treatments at a rehabilitation center to help her and she will be paired with the best psychologist and th

BLAIRE'S POVI felt anxiety wash over me as I dialed his number for the third time and still didn't get any answer. A lot crossed my mind but I decided to cross them all out and settle on, “he's probably very busy at the moment.”Except it was his day off and he said he wouldn't take a single work so he could relax properly. Maybe he had no choice but to attend to an emergency. Still, I had to make sure for myself. I heaved a sigh as I stared at the pile of documents sitting on my table in front of me. There was so much to do. “I know…” I picked up my phone, deciding to ask my one best friend for help. My phone started ringing and coincidentally, it turned out to be Jessica calling me. “Oh!” I answered the call, wondering if our minds were really working together. “Jessica! I was just about to call you.” “Really? What did you want to say? But before you do, please I need a favour from you.” She said desperately. “Oh, what is it? Anything for you of course.” I replied immediately
