Chapter 2

Sasha's Pov I have been locked in my room for two days now, tied to my bed like a prisoner in my own father's house. They call me an ungrateful brat.Yet they are treating their only child like this. The door creaked open and my mother walked in. "How are you doing sweetie?" She asked grimly and I raised an eyebrow at her. "Oh I'm great, you know these ropes are comfortable on my wrist like a Cartier bracelet, hopefully they would leave beautiful marks," I said sarcastically and she sighed. Chapter 3

Sasha's Pov Oh my goodness. He was beyond handsome even with the ugly scowl on his face. Blue-gray eyes, a straight nose with hollow cheekbones. His jaw was something else, I have never seen one so sharp and well chiseled as if God took his time crafting the jawline. One of his dark brows raised under my scrutiny. The one that added more appeal to his looks, a scar slashed through his right brow stopping just below his eyes. Strands of charcoal dark hair falling over the brow as if to hide the scar, but it wasn't doing a good job at all. I froze when he hunkered down to my height on the ground. He still looked taller, which was absurd. He reached out and lifted my chin with one finger closing my mouth, the leather glove felt cold on my skin. I gulped feeling my cheeks heat and inhaling the masculine scent of cologne mixed with cigarettes and leather. Sasha's Pov It's been two years since my parents sold me to Roman Vitale and we got married a month after he came to take me away from my parents. Chapter 5

Sasha's Pov Agnes led me to the car as other people rushed out of the hall. I was used to the whole thing so I wasn't bothered by it. I hopped into the car and sat down in the backseat while Agnes took the front seat with the driver. We waited for several minutes before Roman returned slamming the door shut. He ordered the driver to go. I watched from the corner of my eye as he wiped his hand with a white napkin, crimson smearing the napkin. Sasha's Pov My cheeks heated as his grip on my waist tightened, it was strange how I didn't move instantly and just let him hold me, it was almost like I was comfortable with it.
