Save them

In Silvershade, Kyra is stunned to hear about the witches trying to kill everyone in the palace. Including Kaiser. After what the Alphas did, she should let them die. But she is a queen. And they are all her subjects. She couldn't let her anger overshadow her responsibility. Protecting them all is the right thing to do. "We need to do something. If Wanda becomes successful, they will all die. Kaiser is also in danger. Every minute inside that green wall, it's hazardous for them," Kyra murmured worriedly. "You should rest here. We will go and try to save them," Enzo suggested. Kyra shook her head. "No, going there on your own is dangerous," she refused. "Dangerous? You are too weak now. You just recovered yourself. Going there to fight that witch is equally dangerous for you," he argued. Kyra shook her head. "I know Wanda better. She is desperate. She will kill them all if I don't go there. Without me, none of you can cross through that green wall," she pointed out. This is

Outside the palace, the witches were waiting for the sun to go down. Their eyes fixed on the black, round metal pot, which was crafted from 11 different metals to capture the essence of the souls trapped within those green walls. Once the ritual is finished, the pot will be full. Once a witch drinks that soul essence, her primordial vein will become s: the: the Primordial vein, the vein where a witch's true power is hidden. "Now, stand in a circle around that pot and start chanting. We should collect every last drop of their souls' essence. Most importantly, the essence of the Alpha King. He is a pure-blooded Lucan. His soul has more essence than anyone else inside that Palace. Today I should collect at least part of what I lost," Wanda called out to her sister. The witches circled the pot, and together they started chanting the dark verses which would not kill directly, but would give a life worse than death to the Wolves. Once their soul essence is lost, they will lose connection

Soul essence

"Soul essence," Alcazar shared. Enzo and the others looked confused. "What is that? Where can we find it?" Adolf inquired, ready to find it no matter the risk. Alcazar sighed heavily. "Soul essence is the essence from our souls," Alcazar explained. That's the simplest way to explain it. But the procedure to collect the soul essence is not that simple. And it's not the way witches did either. This technique is different. "Our Soul essence? Will it make Kyra better? Will she wake up?" Dale inquired. He looked like he was really considering that technique. "Yes, it will," Alcazar replied. No one said anything for a few moments. Everyone seemed lost in thought. "You can take my soul essence. I am single with no attachments. So if I die, no one will be affected." Dale came forward. "No, take mine. Kyra is like a daughter. It's my son who caused all this. It's only right to take mine," Alpha Luther said. Enzo, Adolf, and the Alphas, who all wronged Kyra, willingly offered t

Comfort

In Silvershade, every Alpha and warrior present in the Silvershade, everyone who was saved by Kyra, everyone who loves their queen, has willingly donated a drop of their heart's blood. Alcazar collects the blood in the metal pot. "Now, I have to add a few herbs and turn this into an essence. Then, once Kyra's body absorbs this essence, she will wake up," Alcazar shared. Enzo and the others looked hopeful. "Lord Alcazar, the rest is now up to you. Please save the queen," Dale said. Alcazar nodded once before he carried the pot to Kyra's room. The rest, it has to be done in her room, so that he wouldn't lose even a single drop of essence. After Alcazar locked himself in Kyra's room, everyone was waiting for Kyra to wake up. "Move, make way," Creed escorted Nora, who was supposed to be hiding in the rogue pack. When Enzo saw her, he was surprised. "Nora? What are you doing here?" he rushed towards her and checked her body for injuries. "Royal Beta," she greeted him with a hi

Fated mate

In Kaiser's subconscious, where he is trapped by the witch, he feels restless. "This is not the one either," he murmured, feeling dejected. He is reminiscing about the mast. Eve remembers the memories from when he was a kid. So far, he and Ninger must have tried more than 100 mirrors. But so far, none of them is the real one. "Kaiser, look at this one," Ninger called out. Kaiser reluctantly approached the mirror where Ninger was staring into. "Now, which memory are we looking at?" he muttered. "I think this is the first time we met, Mate," Ninger replied fondly. Kaiser could hear the longing in Ninger's voice. Kaiser became curious. He saw Kyra stumbling inside the room. She clearly looked uncomfortable and in heat. Pulling and tugging at her clothes. Fanning her face to cool herself off. These are part of his memories that were erased. The memories that shaped his initial relationship with Kyra. "Wait, what's that?" he murmured in surprise. Inside the mirror, Kyra's eyes c

Kill them

In Silvershade, Kyra's room is now filled with the soul essence of the Alphas who offered their hearts' blood willingly. Her body slowly absorbed the essence and started to recuperate. As she started to recover, she sensed it. Ninger's presence. He is calling for her. She is still too weak to even open her eyes. But her mind is not as sluggish. 'Mate, mate, mate, ' his voice sounded desperate and insistent. He sounded panicked. 'Ninger? Kaiser?' Kyra responded. She sounded too weak. 'Mate, there are so many mirrors here. Kaiser was trapped between three mirrors. He is not responding. I am scared' Ninger explained. Kyra is not strong enough, but her witch understood what Ninger was saying. 'Break the mirrors trapping him,' Romy instructed. Kyra couldn't hear what Ninger was saying any longer. She is fading in and out of consciousness, barely able to concentrate. Ninger's voice faded, but Kyra couldn't call out to him. She is still regaining her strength, so she failed. O

Dolls

In Silvershade, the pack borders are quiet, too quiet to consider normal. Witches are quietly digging and burying hay dolls around the pack borders. Wanda is quietly chanting a spell to bring those buried dolls to life. Only when the dolls come alive underground will they be able to hold that green wall intact. These are the dolls that would actually trap the souls within the green walls and suck their souls dry. These are the soul creepers whose sole purpose is to drain the vitality of the living. The stronger the living being, the greater their vitality. Now that everyone has escaped from inside the palace walls, the witches are targeting them here. Because they are sure everyone would be hiding in Silvershade. Thanks to Kyra and Kaiser, there are only 11 Witches alive. So, to bury all the dolls around a huge pack territory like the Silvershade, it's taking the witches more time than it took to trap everyone inside the palace. In the Palace, they managed to catch everyone off guar

Rescue

In the pack house, Kaiser opened his eyes. He found himself lying on a mattress which is not unfamiliar and a room that he was not a stranger to. This was the Luna quarters in Silvershade. He came to meet Kyra many times in this room. He is alone in the room. He could hear Omegas outside. And also felt the energy of Alpha wolves near the pack house. At once, he sat up. He remembered the Witches and his injury. He felt like he had heard many things, but he couldn't recollect any. 'Why am I here? Where is Kyra?' he thought as anxiety started to bubble in his stomach. That's when he felt it, Kyra's presence. And she is close by. Her scent, which he only ever felt as wild Jasmine, is stronger than ever. 'Mate, it's the scent of our fated Mate, ' Ninger acknowledged excitedly. Kaiser smiled at his excitement. This is the first time he will be meeting Kyra as his fated mate, not just as his chosen mate. Kaiser is excited, too. Kaiser is feeling stronger and lighter than before. It's as

Trained half-breeds

In the Silvershade pack, everyone looked anxious. They didn't receive any message from Alcazar or the other two, who went to scare the witches away. Even the warriors who are patrolling the borders are suspiciously silent. This kind of silence is not good. Especially when the witches are involved, and the wolves are not strong enough to face the witches. "Where are they? Isn't it more than an hour since they left? They should have been here by now. But they are not,t" Alpha Ruric murmured, worriedly. "You are right. I think we should sent back up. We cannot just leave them there. What if something happened to them?" Alpha Luther agreed. "But who would dare to go there? We are facing the witches. No matter who goes there, they might not return. Knowing all of this, whom can we send?" Alpha Hasphan reminded them. "But what's the use of staying here? Once the witches set that green wall again, we will die anyway," Alpha Chandler reminded them. No one forgot how they were all trapp

Pressure gone

In the Silvershade pack, the pressure from the past couple of days has eased. It started from the moment Kaiser got injured by Wanda. Then the Alphas tried to kill Kyra, and then the witches attacked. Kyra is still recovering. Now, after Kaiser's recovery, everyone sighed a breath of relief. No one was expecting this kind of catastrophe. But now everyone has a good idea and experience about what their strength is and whom to trust and whom not to trust. "Alpha King, we are all very happy that you woke up from your coma" one of the Alphas spoke up. But Kaiser looked like he was not in a very good mood. "Oh? You are happy that I woke up? I was thinking that you might want to kill me like you tried to kill my mate," he snapped angrily. His Alpha aura pushed out in waves. No one could withstand it. Not even the older Alphas. Everyone was on their knees at once. They were all trembling like leaves in the wind. "Alpha King, we accept our mistake. Please forgive us this time. We will n
