Breakfast seemed to go well, I can’t deny that it made me feel good to have Odessa open up to talking. I have been worried that things would be silent and awkward. I’m walking with Arius and Dirk, finding that I like the warmth of the sun and the smells of the gardens. Dirk had escorted me around the castle, talking about the different areas, and allowing my senses to learn of the space I’m in. For a while now, we have been walking in companionable silence.
