RAE POV   I was radiating so much anger at the Travis' attitude! I knew that I needed to keep an eye on Mr. Travis from now on. Luna was unnerved by his aura and I couldn't deny that I was also unnerved by his aura as well. I was, however, very happy with Zoey's punishment and the fear that she let off was almost intocxitating...almost. I would have to get in touch with Titan, the head warrior, and Heath, my cousin. I figured that with those two Zoey would NEVER get bored with her chores. I think that I could also add another chore or two. I was pulled out of my thoughts when sparks pulsed up my arm. I looked at my hand to see the hand of my mate. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed the feel of my mate's touch. I had missed him so much and it had only been a little over 24 hours that I was away from him! My little alphas finally calmed down when Brax placed a hand on my very swollen belly. I opened my

RAE POV CON'T   My body flushed with heat as my core throbs, almost painfully. My breath hitched as I fought the moan that was wanting to escape. Goddess, how I missed my mate! Mates are f*****g sexy as hell! Luna said, as she drooled. I felt a kick to my abdomen that brought me out of my lust-filled haze. I fight the urge to climb this man like a f*****g tree and slightly pull away from his dangerously seductive lips. Once I am comfortable with the space between us, I smile at him. "As tempting as you both are, I must eat. My boys are expressing, painfully, that they are hungry!" All the flirtyness of my mate is gone and replaced by concern. He quickly runs his eyes over me, scanning for injuries. "Painful, how?" I don't answer him, I just grab his hand and place it on my belly. It isn't long before our hands are kicked, hard. I gasped against the pain

**TRIGGER WARNING: SEXUAL CONTENT** PAULETTE POV   I felt better once we were back on the road and away from that f*cking dragon prick! He pissed me off so f*cking bad! I just needed to be anywhere but near him. Every time he opened his mouth he said something offensive! Ugh! I just needed to get him out of my thoughts. I needed to calm down because if my blood pressure did not go down then Rolls would order the doc to admit me to the VIP wing in the pack hospital on bed rest until I gave birth! I enjoyed my freedom so much that I took some deep breaths to calm myself down. I was rubbing my hands on either side of my belly, it succeeded in calming me down more. I closed my eyes and laid my head back against the headrest and let the music surround me. Soon I began to hum along with the song that was playing. I opened my eyes as I felt someone looking at me. I turned my head and met m

PAULETTE POV CON'T   "Babe, I am sorry that I made you feel that I didn't trust you. I have been thrown for a loop by Donovan showing up." I wrapped my arms around his waist and laid my head on his chest. "I am so scared! He truly is a monster and now I have more to lose than I did when I was young!" I felt him wrap his arms around my shoulders. He began to pet my hair before he spoke. "Will you tell me about the nightmare?" I began to tremble. "Can I tell you tonight...when we are alone?" I held my breath, waiting for his answer. "Please?" I begged. I felt him sigh and kiss the top of my head. "Okay, we can talk about it later, I can feel your fear. Skull is whimpering in my head. Could I let him take partial control so that he can hold you? He needs this to calm him down." My heart hurt at the pain in his voice. I had a lump in my thro

ZANDRA POV   I am a nervous wreck! I am constantly terrified that I will be caught and killed for treason! I missed my mate, Teddy, so very much! My wolf and I ached for him and the longer we stayed away from each other the more our wolves suffered. I asked him if he would ever consider joining a pack again. I knew that I would never survive being a rogue and I did not want to be a burden to Teddy because I was vulnerable. I want to be mated to Teddy, but not if my life was in constant danger! This whole thing had me fearing for my life. I quickly relayed the information about beta Paulette that was requested to Teddy. He then asked for some more information and I quickly told him. I felt that I was betraying my alpha, beta and gamma and it was beginning to weigh on my consciousness. My wolf has not let up on me either, she was demanding that I tell my alpha and Luna and I can't say that I didn't agree with her.
