Lahat ng Kabanata ng Rejected Luna: Mated to my Alpha Brother: Kabanata 81 - Kabanata 90

EVANGELINEI thought I would be returning the jacket to Nicholas’ office but instead, I found myself standing in the middle of his living room.I followed the address that Brandon had given me to a magnificent two story building. I stared at the large house and the butler waiting to lead me in and I immediately regretted my decision. I should have looked it up before arriving, but I was just so eager to get it done with and return home that I forgot.I stood awkwardly in the living room, rocking on the balls of my feet. I didn’t dare take a seat for fear of ruining something. Everything in the house screamed of luxury and prestige. Alex’s villa was nothing compared to this.“You’re here,” a voice drawled from the top of the stairs.I watched Nicholas walk down, his hands shoved into the pockets of his grey sweatpants. I wanted to make sure that she was safe. Despite how pis

No one knew the truth about that pendant. It was a secret I’d closely guarded for years now. There was no way that Evangeline of all people knew that it didn’t belong to me.

EVANGELINEDespite how today began, I was actually very excited. For starters, I’d gotten my necklace back after so many years of missing it and thinking I would never find it again. That alone was enough to brighten up my day.Secondly, for the first time in a long time, I had something to look forward to, and I was doing something for my

EVANGELINENicholas knocked on my door at exactly nine a.m.I sat still for a few seconds, not wanting to let on that I’d been sitting there for a while waiting for him to show up. I smoothed out my little black dress before pulling the door open.“Where’s your suit?” I asked.
