Semua Bab Can I ride you, Luca?....Craving my best friend’s brother: Bab 171 - Bab 180

Emma’s POVMy hand froze right on the plastic bread wrapper. The happy mood in my chest instantly vanished, replaced by a sharp, familiar ache. "What? No, Mia. Why would you even ask me that?""I am just saying!" Mia whispered excitedly, waving her hands around in the air. "Because you look so incredibly beautiful and happy this morning, like a weight was lifted off you. And honestly, I hadn't heard anything as regarding his and Sophia's breakup. I've been checking the group chats, and nobody is saying anything about them splitting up. So I just thought... hey, maybe you guys met up secretly last night and fixed everything?""Mia, please stop," I said, my voice dropping into a low, hard tone as I stared down at the counter. "Just... stop talking about him. Do not mention his name, and do not talk about him and Sophia."Mia’s excited expression dropped instantly. She looked like she had just been slapped across the face, her cheeks turning a bright, guilty red. "Oh. Oh, Emma... oh my g

Emma’s POVThe gold card felt incredibly heavy on top of my notebook. I stared at Sophia’s smug, gloating face, and a wild fire burned straight up my throat. I wanted to stand up. I wanted to slam my hands on the desk and yell, “Your baby isn’t even Luca’s, you lying, disgusting cheat!” right in front of the entire lecture hall. I wanted to watch her perfect little world shatter into pieces. But before a single word could burst out of my mouth, the heavy front doors of the hall slammed open.“Good morning, everyone. Settle down and turn to page forty-two,” the professor announced, walking briskly down the aisle toward the podium.“You got lucky,” Sophia whispered, giving me one last nasty look before she spun around, her white dress swishing as she walked back down the steps.I was shaking so hard my desk was practically rattling against the floor. Suddenly, a warm hand slid over mine, squeezing tight. I looked to my left, my eyes wide and wild. Mia was giving me a deeply worried look

Emma’s POV"No, Luca, don't," I choked out, my hands immediately flying up to push against his hard, solid chest. "Don't do this to me right now. Just stop.""Please, Emma," he pleaded, his voice completely cracking as he completely ignored my pushing hands and pulled me tightly into his body. "Just let me hold you. Just for one single second.""Let me go!" I cried, a loud, broken sob tearing through my throat. My hands rolled into tight fists, and I started hitting his chest over and over again, my vision completely blurred by thick, hot tears. "I hate you so much! Why are you doing this to me? Why do you always come here and hurt me like this?""I'm sorry, Em. I'm so incredibly sorry," he murmured deeply into my hair, his arms locking around my waist like solid iron bands, pulling me so close I could hear the rapid, violent thudding of his heart right against my cheek. "Hit me all you want. Break my ribs if you have to. Just don't push me away right now. Please, Emma, I am literally

Emma’s POV"Did you hear that, Luca?" I yelled, my heart hammering against my ribs as I pointed at his phone. "That is the exact same guy! That is the voice I heard in the restroom!"Luca just stood there in the middle of my living room, looking completely perplexed. He stared down at the blank, black screen of his phone, his brain clearly struggling to process the horrible reality of what had just happened. But then, the shock completely vanished. His face darkened, and he got very, very angry."I am going to kill him," Luca whispered, his voice shaking with pure, explosive rage. His jaw clenched so tight I thought his teeth were going to crack, and his hands balled into deadly fists at his sides."Luca, look at me," I said, stepping forward and grabbing his arm tightly. "What are you going to do? What will you do before Saturday?""I will fix it," he said, his voice dropping into a terrifyingly deadly, calm tone. "I swear to you, Emma, I am going to fix this right now.""How?" I ask

Emma’s POV"Oh my god, Luca," I gasped, my hands shaking as I pointed through the windshield. "That is him. That is the guy.""Keep your voice down," Luca hissed, grabbing my arm to pull me lower in the seat. "Don't let them see us.""I can't see his face properly," I whispered back, squinting into the darkness. "It's too dark over there. He's just a shadow.""Just wait," Luca muttered, his eyes narrowed. "They are just standing there."Before I could even blink, a massive, roaring sound filled the parking lot. Another vehicle—a giant, lifted truck—came speeding around the corner of the motel. The driver swung into the lot and flashed their high-beam headlights directly across the pavement. The bright, blinding white light completely washed over Sophia and the tall figure standing right next to her."Look!" I yelled, smacking Luca's shoulder.Sophia completely panicked. She immediately threw her hands up over her face, turning her back to the light to avoid being seen by whoever was i
