Lahat ng Kabanata ng Ex-husband Wanted an Open Marriage With My Sister: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Jenny POV“Daddy, Daddy! Are we going to see the nice lady again today?”My son Daniel’s voice burst out outside the door—bright, eager, almost bouncing with excitement.I hadn’t heard him sound this lively in quite a while. My husband’s voice came through the speaker. “You miss her that much, Daniel?”“Of course!” Daniel said super excitedly. “I love her! She’s way better than Mommy! Mommy’s so annoying these days. She never lets me have snacks, and she’s always nagging me!”He rambled on in a fast, dramatic little huff, then continued. “Daddy, I wanna take the nice lady to our favorite restaurant!”“All right, Daniel,” Alex said calmly. “But do you remember what you promised me?”“Mommy must never find out!” Daniel answered quickly, delighted. “You’ve already told me so many times, Daddy!”“Good. I’ll come pick you up later. Remember to wear your favorite sweater.”Just like that, the call ended.I covered my mouth with one hand. My fingers were cold.My mind went blank, the blood

Jenny POVThe weight of that single sentence crashed into me, overwhelming every thought. The customers who had been quietly watching suddenly burst into low, excited whispers.“Wait, did she just call her sister?” “So which one is that man’s wife?”“Maybe it’s an open marriage?”“With two sisters?” “What a mess! ”“I’m never complaining about my own family again.”Their voices blurred into meaningless noise.I no longer had the strength to care. When Daniel appeared right behind that little girl, the truth slammed into me like a brutal punch: Anna was the woman Alex had brought Daniel to meet.So they even had a child together? A little girl, old enough to talk, the same age as my son.“How?” I murmured, stepping back in disbelief.I hadn’t even known they knew each other. The waiter’s expression shifted from hostility to pity. That was worse. The little girl charged toward me, eyes blazing. She threw herself in front of Anna as if shielding her mother from a monster. Her wide eyes

Jenny POV“You mean… you need my bone marrow. I heard that right, didn’t I?”By the time the three of us finally sat down in the room, Lisa’s nosebleed had already been stopped at my insistence. She was now sitting quietly with Daniel.I folded my arms and remained standing, trying to process everything Anna had just said.According to her, Lisa had a severe form of leukemia and needed a bone marrow transplant.“When Anna came to find me, she showed me the doctor’s diagnosis,” Alex said. “Without the surgery… Lisa might not have more than a few years left. She’s still so young. That’s why I kept meeting Anna behind your back.”There was unmistakable sympathy in his voice. So that was it. The truth. In a way, it explained everything.I had always known Alex was a kind man. When we first met, he had helped me without hesitation. And yet…That feeling crept back again. The same old feeling. Suspicion. As I watched Anna dabbing at her eyes with a tissue in an almost theatrical way, I found

Jenny POV“So… while I was unconscious and in anaphylactic shock, did you secretly have the hospital do tissue typing for me and her daughter, using your authority as my husband?”Alex was instantly rendered speechless. He lifted his hand and waved it vaguely in the air, wearing a you-know-what-I-mean expression.“I mean… you know… blood tests were done anyway, so…” he said, not quite meeting my eyes. Hospitals just… run all kinds of tests when someone’s admitted. That’s pretty normal. They do that all the time…”A sharp sense of alarm rose in my chest. After being his wife for years, I knew that guilty look on his face far too well. In fact, as the dizziness from waking up gradually faded, my mind felt clearer than it had in days. Everything I’d learned since regaining consciousness began rapidly sorting and aligning itself in my head.Knight had said I’d gone into shock from a severe allergic reaction. Before that, I’d assumed it was a combination of the fall and an emotional breakdo

Jenny POV“First, so you don’t think I’m lying to you, you can take a look at these documents,” Knight said.It seemed that while I was asleep, both Knight and Alex had been very busy.I opened the folder. Inside was a series of hospital admission records, but what immediately caught my eye was a bone marrow compatibility application form. The recipients were listed as Daniel Reach and Lisa Walsh. Under “Applicant,” the signature was unmistakable—my husband’s name: Alexander Reach. The moment I saw Alex’s familiar handwriting, the last shred of hope—that this was all just Knight messing with me—shattered completely.I just couldn’t understand it. Why was Alex so obsessed with finding a match for Anna’s daughter? I could understand kindness, the kind that refuses to watch an innocent child die when there’s something you can do. But this—this went far beyond ordinary goodwill. This level of determination couldn’t be explained by compassion alone.I dropped heavily onto the hospital bed,
