Elara’s POV“Luna!”I laughed, stumbling as the children collided into my legs. “My little sunshines, I missed you all.”“We missed you too!” they yelled over each other. The littler ones climbed the tables and chairs, some even on top of the shoulders of the other kids, to get to my upper body. They swarmed me so much that I fell to the ground under their weight.“That’s enough.”One of my eyes opened to see Cassian walking towards me. The children scattered from me, fear flashing across their faces.“Are you alright?” he asked, lowering on one knee.I frowned, flicking his hand away from me. “They are kids, you know? You do not have to be so mean with them.”Cassian looked around us. “I was not trying to be mean. Why did they leave?”My eye twitched. Did he seriously not know or was he pretending to be oblivious?I reached for the child nearest to me. “Georgie. Come here.”The three-year-old looked at me and then at Alpha and then shook his head. Cassian turned to George and beckone

Elara’s POVWhen his tongue met mine, I slacked against him, letting out a lewd moan.He caught me before I fell, his arm flexing around me as he lifted me off the ground.I wrapped my legs around him. He groaned as our groins made contact.“House. House,” I gasped out as we pulled apart.Kaden’s eyes were dark. He had completely lost control of himself but I knew Cassian was not present. This was Kaden acting on his desire.“Stay still,” he hissed as he walked.I stopped grinding against him and lay my head in the crook of his neck. His contact was me was barely fighting off the heat licking through my body.We had just entered the house when a new wave of pain slammed into my chest. My body spasmed, my lips parting in a silent scream. “K-Kaden. K-Kaden,” I chanted like he was a lifeline. He slammed the door behind him and ran up the stairs to my wing of the house. When he lay me on the bed, I curled up on my side, clutching my stomach.“Damn it, human,” Cassian snapped as he came to

Elara’s POV“You called a pack meeting?” I hissed, walking briskly beside Kaden. “Without telling me?”Kaden scowled. “I was going to before we were…distracted.”I leaned up on my tiptoes and flicked his forehead. “Can you not have that look on your face when you’re talking about me sucking you off?”He immediately got defensive. “You did not…you did no such thing.”“I remember someone telling me last night that his wolf is not allowed to do anything without his permission.”Kaden’s mouth snapped shut and he turned away, his ears red.“Alpha?” Leo called, turning back to look at us. “The pack is waiting.”Kaden walked forward without turning around once. I stared after him with a partly annoyed, partly amused smile on my face.“What did you do to make Alpha blush?” Leo asked with a raised brow.“How is that any of your business?” I snapped. There was no real bite to my voice. The human can be adorable sometimes, though he is a coward, Anika commented. She was still annoyed from not be

Elara’s POV“Ellie!”I returned Missy’s squeal with equal enthusiasm. “Missy!!”“You look gorgeous,” she gushed. “Is that a real diamond?”My hand instinctively touched the piece of my neck. When Hilda had brought it to my room, I stared at it for a full half hour, contemplating whether I should return to Kaden’s family vault.“It belonged to Kaden’s mother,” I whispered, my fingers fondling it gently. She may have been a promiscuous woman who shirked her responsibility as a mother and a Luna but she had good taste in fashion.Missy gave me a knowing grin. “You know that he called personally? To invite us to a ‘celebration’ party? Ron and I kept wondering when Kaden started dishing out personal invitations.”“It’s my birthday,” I whispered, my cheeks tinted in a blush. “Twenty-six.”Missy gasped. A full southern mother gasp.“This is for your birthday?” Toby said, coming up from my left. “I swear, we thought he would cancel our treaty if we said we could not make it.”I looked between

Elara’s POVI moaned in pleasure as I stirred awake. My back arched off the bed as the fingers inside me dug in deeper and deeper. “Kaden…”There was a rumble in his chest, his mouth preoccupied with my breast. One of my nipples was getting lashed with his tongue, the other twisted and plucked with his fingers.“Don’t stop,” I moaned. He maintained his torturous pace. Not too slow that I remained on the edge but not too fast that I did not cross it.An idea crossed my mind. I stilled my heart, throwing my head back. “Oh, Cassian, do that again.”All of his motions stopped. I opened my eyes and met his irritated ones.“What is it?” I asked, my voice calmer than I felt.“I told you last night that you do not call another person’s name while I am fucking you,” he hissed, his fingers gripping my chin.Just a little more…I rolled my eyes. “You two are practically the same person. It does not matter either…woah, what are you doing?”Kaden lifted me up and flipped me onto my stomach. Withou
