Chapter Seventy One: A Long Way Ahead "Careful there, Louis." Lorenzo's hands were gentle as he guided Louis onto the bed, his touch careful, almost reverent. Louis let himself be settled against the pillows, his body still weak, his mind still foggy, but his voice sharp as ever.
