Naturally, those rated "A" were treated the best. They didn't even need to clock in or out of work. As for anyone rated "D", they would receive a 50% pay cut to their monthly salary immediately. But these performance ratings weren't given according to our sales performance. Instead, it was according to the ranking among the dealership's staff members!
