My name was Nicholas Glover. Jerry Steele and I weren't just colleagues—we were each other's wingman. We often went for massages together after work. We'd also go for foot spas before opting for "extra" service. We were as thick as thieves, always there to back one another's families up. As it happened, Jerry's daughter was about to turn 20. I turned to look at Lucinda, and I whispered, "How do you want me to scratch this itch of yours?" Lucinda pointed at her skirt shyly, her gaze on me unfocused. You look terrible." I grabbed Maya by her shoulders, urgently saying, "I want you to think carefully. Do you feel any different down there?" Maya thought about it carefully for a second before answering, "It does feel… a little tight and swollen. Why that sudden question, Dad? That's way too personal." Maya's answer made my blood go cold. But the moment I stepped out the front door, the elevator doors opened. Two people—a tall male and a petite female—emerged from within. I squinted a little before managing to get a clear look at who they were. I couldn't believe my eyes! After hearing the commotion, Maya emerged from the house. As she stared at us in shock, she asked cautiously, "Mr. Steele, what brings you here? What are all of you doing here?" Upon seeing Maya, Jerry said to her, "You came out here just in time. Tell me—did I do the deed with you?" Maya shook her head. Jerry, with a triumphant smirk on his face, narrowed his eye

Jerry shot me a sidelong glance and immediately questioned, "Nicholas, you evil bastard! How could my daughter possibly seduce you?" Seeing Jerry's disbelief, I had no choice but to grab Lucinda and ask, "Spill it. You were the one who seduced me." As a young woman, Lucinda had never been caught in a storm like this. She was so frightened that even her teeth were chattering, making it impossible for her to find her voice. Just as the tension in the room was about to snap, Maya, who had been standing behind me the whole time, broke down all of a sudden.
