Raiden’s POV I wrapped my hand around the heavy steel handle and pulled the door open. Stepping to one side, I motioned toward the entrance with a slight bow. “After you, my queen.” A smile tugged at the corner of Traci’s mouth as she gave a small nod and walked into the room. Zayden and I followed a step behind, one on either side of her. She didn’t need either of us to protect her. We all knew that. This wasn’t about protection. It was about unity.
