The kiss we shared after we both finally, admitted our true feelings for another, only remained tame for a few very short moments. Without me even realising it, Lucian had carefully lowered my body down to the carpeted floor of the large and now, growing hot wardrobe, while his large body hovered above. His magic lips dancing around mine before they trailed around my body, filling me with sparks and waves so fierce I felt as though I was drowning. With the heat of the room and my mind filled with so many thoughts I couldn’t focus on one, I believe we would have gone the whole nine yards and completed the mating process in that second, in my wardrobe, on the carpeted floor… if it wasn’t for my body sending me a rather rude reminder of what had happened yesterday and the state it was still in. As I went to unknowingly, move one of my legs up to rest nearby Lucan’s hip, the ache and pain which gripped my body when I woke up returned and I couldn’t help but break the kiss with a groan.

Once Lucian had helped me get ready and we finally, left the wardrobe which seemed to be a centre stage for those more interesting events to take place. I’m led slowly down the stairs and into the kitchen which smelt so beautiful, but not with food as you’d expect, but the hundreds of roses waiting for me. As Lucian had said, everything I would need to make these wreaths, bouquets and any other item I could, were set on the counter lined up neatly for me to reach and use whenever. With strict instructions that I was to call him if I needed anything, Lucian left me sitting at the counter while he worked away in his office within the home with the door open to hear me. At first, I did start to worry that I’d lost the skill of floristry and all I had planned for my mother would end in shambles, but the instant I allowed the worry to subside and to get my mind on making these as perfect as I could for my mother, the techniques I had worked hard to perfect and own, came back and I sat
