---The champagne was warm. That was my first sign tonight was a disaster.I'd spent six months planning my sister's wedding—the flowers, the seating chart, the temperature of the goddamn champagne!—and now, at 10:47 PM, I stood in the middle of the reception hall with a flute of tepid bubbles and a smile so fake my cheeks ached.Emma was dancing with her new husband. Radiant. Happy. Settled."Ughh," I gulped down the hot champagne ignoring the burning sensation it left on my wet tongue.I was jealous. Not of the dress, though it was stunning. Not of the attention, though she glowed under it like she'd been born for this moment.No. I was jealous that she'd chosen. She'd picked safe. Predictable. The man who would never break her heart because he was too boring to try."So silly." I looked at my sister spinning in her husband's arms and thought: That could have been me.But instead, I was the maid of honor. The organizer. The one who made everything perfect for everyone else while my

I walked out of that storage room like a woman possessed. My legs were still trembling. My skin was still buzzing. I could feel him on me—his mouth, his hands, the phantom ache of him inside me. Every step I took, I felt it. The soreness. The stretch. The claim.I smoothed my dress, my hair. Painted a smile on my face that I hoped looked normal. And I walked back into the reception like nothing had happened. The music was still playing. The dance floor was still full. Emma was still spinning in her husband's arms, laughing at something he said. My mother was crying again. My father was telling stories at the bar.No one looked at me.No one knew. And that made it even hotter.I grabbed a fresh champagne flute—not warm this time—and took a long sip. The bubbles burned my throat but I needed it.Because I was already wet again. My wet liquid trickled down the inner part of my thigh where his lips had been moments ago just from the memory.---Leo didn't come out for seven minutes.I co

The snow falls at the edge of Ashford Hills quietly. It falls exactly like my boring life and yet was much interesting than it. Stretching, Four inches. Five. like my husband’s cock that would never enter me. I watch it through the window, my hands deep in soapy water. The plate is warm. The water is hot. My skin is pink from the heat.Mark is on the couch. Snoring as usual. Whiskey bottle empty on the floor. His mouth is open, drool dancing off the side of his mouth. His arm dangles off the edge. He looks like a stranger. It has been like this since the second year of our marriage. After the ski incident that cost him his shoulder. An incident he blamed me for."If you stopped asking for sex I could have gone earlier and avoided the fucking slide!" That was the usual anthem when I tried to get him help."Ooof," I sigh exasperated cracking the part of my back that ached cleaning after Mark. Taking Jobs to cater for us. Yet. I was still a bad wife according to him.I hear the floorb

---Jake stands between my legs. His lips, wet. His eyes, dark. I can see the ravaging hunger in them. The patience. The control. He's not rushing. He's savoring.I should leave. I should run back to the bedroom, crawl under the covers, pretend this never happened. But my legs refuse to move. My body is still trembling from the orgasm he pulled from me. My cunt is still pulsing. Still aching.I've never felt anything like this before. Never knew my body could want like this."Look at you," he murmurs. "Still shaking. Still wanting more."I shake my head. "I—""Don't lie to me." His thumb finds my lower lip. Traces it. "I can see it in your eyes. Feel it in the way your thighs are trembling."He steps back. Just one step. The loss of his heat makes me shiver."On your knees," he says. The command is quiet. Calm. Utterly certain.I should refuse. Should tell him no. Should walk away.Instead, I slide off the counter. My bare feet hit the cold floor. I feel the chill travel up my legs.A

---His hand on my knee. A whisper of contact. But I feel it everywhere."Leo—""I've been watching you for years, wanting you" he says. "Watching you at family dinners. Wanting you at holidays. Watching you pretend to be happy with my brother.""Leo, please—""Watching you look at Jake." His thumb strokes my knee. Just once. "And wondering when you'd finally do something about it.""Nothing happened—""Don't." His voice is quiet. Calm. But there's steel underneath. "Don't fucking lie to me. I could smell it on both of you the second I walked in. And when I saw you in this room, with your swollen lips and that bruise on your neck—"I touch my neck instinctively. The mark is there. I can feel it."Jake's always been the one you look at," Leo continues. "I saw it. I noticed. And I thought, she's waiting.""Leo, I'm married to your brother—""I know." His hand slides up my thigh. Just an inch. "I've been married too. Two years. Dead bedroom for the last one. I know what it's like to be st
