My Lost Love

Pov. Amber

My alarm goes off waking me from a dead sleep, I reach over picking up my alarm clock and throw it at my wall that’s right across from my bed.

“Amber you better be getting ready! You don’t want to be late for your first day at a new school.” My father yells at me.

I struggle to get out of my plush bed. But I end up getting up out of bed grabbing one of my favorite black crop tops, black leather pants, black combat boots, and one of my leather jackets.

I walk into my bathroom and hop in the shower. After I get out of the shower I get dressed and walk down stairs. 

I find my father sitting at the kitchen table drinking his coffee. “Good morning Father.” I say. 

“Good morning baby girl.”

“I’m not a baby!” I tell him angrily, as I walk to the front door to get away from him. I walk out to my big blakc and blue Harley.

She looks beautiful with the morning sunlight hitting her. I walk up to her and through my leg over her seat so I’m straddling her.

I put my key in her ignition and rev the engine, to warm her up. I pull out of my driveway and into the road. I have to drive about forty-five minutes to get to the school.

I can see people standing outside by their cars, there’s one group that really catches my attention. It’s a group of boys, if you can even call them boys (if you know what i mean).

Everyone stops what they're doing to stare at me as I park and get off my bike.
