Bridgerthon’s 2023 charities? Oh, they nailed the vibe. As someone who volunteers weekends at animal shelters, their team-up with Rescue Allies had me cheering—they funded spay/neuter programs AND emergency vet care for strays. My foster kitten last year benefited from a similar grant. They also threw weight behind digital literacy nonprofits, which I appreciate after teaching my grandma to Zoom during lockdown. The surprise gem? Supporting indie artists via arts grants for low-income schools. My niece’s mural project got funded through something similar, and seeing her confidence soar was priceless.
Their social media broke down each charity’s goals in snackable clips, no boring spreadsheets. Smart move—it got my Discord group debating which cause to rally behind. We ended up pooling funds for their clean water initiative after watching a streamer build wells in real time. That tactile connection between donors and outcomes? Bridgerthon gets it right.
Last year, Bridgerthon’s charity roster was fire. They split funds between disaster relief (think hurricane kits via Direct Relief) and quirky niche causes like preserving endangered music archives—which, as a vinyl collector, I adored. Their partnership with CodeNow hooked schools onto coding workshops, and I may have biasedly donated there; tech access changed my life. The real kicker? They allocated 15% to microgrants for content creators fundraising independently. My favorite ASMR artist raised rent money for a homeless shelter through that. No corporate fluff, just real people helping real people. That duality of big-name charities and grassroots support kept me tuned in all season.
Bridgerthon’s 2023 charity lineup felt like a heartfelt mix of causes close to my community’s pulse. They doubled down on mental health initiatives, partnering with organizations like To Write Love on Her Arms, which resonates deeply with me—I’ve seen friends struggle silently, and having resources openly championed matters. Another standout was their support for STEM education in underserved schools, something I geeked out over since I’ve mentored kids who bloomed when given tech tools. They also backed local food banks, which hits home; my cousin relied on one during college. The blend of global and hyper-local focus made their impact feel tangible, not just performative.
What stuck with me was their transparency—monthly updates showed exactly where donations flowed. No vague 'charitable efforts' jargon. That trust-building detail made me donate extra during their gaming marathon stream. Plus, their collaboration with Creators for Change, amplifying LGBTQ+ shelters, showed they weren’t just ticking diversity boxes. It’s rare to see a fundraiser balance scale with sincerity, but Bridgerthon’s picks felt curated, not crowd-pleasing.

Amanda who is a super rich kid and most famous girl in her college but also a spoiled brat who doesn’t care anyone’s feeling. She has two best friends who are not more than her pets, the whole college wants to be her friend but she doesn’t treat them properly. Although she has everything in her life still she feels something missing in her life.
Maaya scholarship student who is always shy and doesn’t talk to people much and very conservative. She lost her parents when she was 7 years old only and from that time she is an orphanage.
How life changes when these two girls stay together and how there life takes turns and they end up together.
This is the story of a dying girl. Gracie.
And just like every dying person, she had wishes.
Infact she had a bucket list of things she wanted to do before she finally dies.
*
She had cancer of the blood and bone marrow. Chronic lymphocytic Leukaemia.
It develops from a type of white blood cell called B cells and it progresses slowly.
Symptoms may not show until maybe years for some patients.
Her CLL was aggressive and needed chemotherapy treatment early. But it was a little late for her when they discovered.
So wth no early treatment, She had just 5 years to live.
The hospital became her home. She was given a room there to live indefinitely. She could still recall her dad’s gloomy face while decorating her room.
She eventually recovered a little, just like every other days, she found herself retiring to her former routine. Her chats with him.
But when she told him she was sick and was gonna die, he kind of took it differently than she expected.
He asked her why. And her reply was probably the last message on their chat till this day.
If he blocked her or something, she just doesn't know. she could never find him again on social media.
She cried for weeks. He was supposed to be her best friend.
She was never gonna make peace with Cancer or resign to fate. No way.
Eventually she stopped treatment 2 yrs later when she got her independence.
No matter the treatment, she would never be able to live as long as she wants anyway. So why prolong the torture?
But that was a difficult decision to make nonetheless because she stopping the treatment meant she'd have to die earlier than 5 years.
But she’d rather make peace with that as long as she could do whatever she wanted before dying.

It's all about love, drama, regret.
She stepped into the altar to save her brother’s life. Now, she has to survive the ice-cold tycoon who thinks she is someone else.
Vivian is drowning under a mountain of medical bills, desperate to secure a life-saving bone marrow transplant for her twelve-year-old brother. With only weeks left to find four hundred thousand dollars, a terrifying miracle arrives in the form of her estranged, identical twin sister, Valerie.
Valerie is engaged to marry Alexander Vance—the notoriously ruthless, iron-fisted tech billionaire—in a strategic corporate alliance. Terrified of his cold reputation and secretly in love with another man, Valerie flees the country on the eve of the wedding. She leaves behind a diary, a massive stack of cash, and a desperate proposition: Vivian must take her place at the altar.
The plan seems simple enough: play the part of a glamorous socialite for twelve months, maintain the contract, and walk away with a fortune to save her brother.
But Alexander Vance is not a man easily deceived. He expects a materialistic, dramatic wife, but finds himself entirely unsettled by "Valerie’s" sudden warmth, humility, and quiet resilience. As Vivian struggles to navigate high-society events and outrun her own past, every interaction with her new husband becomes a high-stakes game of survival.
Bound by a strict contract but drawn together by an unexpected, electric chemistry, Vivian must protect her secret at all costs. Because if the Ice King discovers she is a penniless impostor, he will ruin her family—and the truth will cost her brother his life.
My childhood sweetheart, Samuel Burton, once promises that he will marry me the moment we graduate from college.
But on our wedding day, he shows up late. When we finally find him, he's tangled in bed with my stepsister, Vivian Holcomb, in a hotel room.
In front of everyone, Ethan Fuller, the heir to the wealthiest family, steps forward and boldly declares that I am the one he has secretly loved for years.
Five years into our marriage, he remembers every little thing I say, and I truly believe I am the person he cares about most.
Until one day, when I'm doing housework and accidentally find a confidential folder hidden deep in his desk drawer.
The very first page is Vivian's resume.
On it is his own handwriting. He has written, "Priority. Above everything else."
Behind it is a hospital operations report I have never seen before.
The date matches the night of my car accident.
I was rushed to a hospital owned by Fuller Group, yet no surgeon ever came. By the time I woke up, the baby I'm carrying was gone because I had lost too much blood.
I cried in Ethan's arms until my voice broke, but I never told him the full truth. I didn't want him to worry even more.
But now I finally know. Vivian was also injured that night, and the order Ethan sent to the hospital was— "Pull every specialist available. Treat Vivian first."
My tears soak into the page, blurring the ink. "If I'm not your top priority, I'll disappear from your life then."

Bridgerthon has always been one of those events I circle on my calendar—it's like the Super Bowl for fundraising marathons! This year, they’ve pulled together such a dynamic duo to host: Alex Rivera and Priya Kaur. Alex is this hilarious comedian who’s been killing it on late-night shows, and Priya’s a rising star from 'The Daily Beacon' with the most infectious energy. I caught their promo video last week, and the chemistry between them is off the charts. They’ve got this playful banter that makes the 24-hour format feel breezy.
What’s cool is how they’re balancing humor with heart. Alex does these impromptu bits where he roasts donor names (in a loving way!), and Priya counters with these deeply personal stories about how the funds change lives. It’s my third year watching, and this might be the first time I’ve stayed awake for the whole thing—no regrets!
Bridgerthon is this wild, hyper-energetic event that pops up in online communities, especially those centered around gaming or streaming culture. It’s like a marathon, but instead of running, participants dive into back-to-back challenges, charity streams, or content creation sprints—often tied to a specific theme or fandom. Picture a 48-hour livestream where a group of friends tries to beat every 'Legend of Zelda' game while raising money for a cause, or a week-long fanfiction-writing spree where everyone shares their progress in real time. The vibe is chaotic but wholesome, fueled by inside jokes and collective exhaustion.
What makes it unique is the improvisational structure. Unlike rigid esports tournaments or scripted marathons, Bridgerthons often evolve organically. Someone might suggest a last-minute rule change ('Let’s play this boss fight blindfolded!'), and the chat erupts in cheers. Platforms like Twitch or Discord become hubs for live reactions, with viewers donating to unlock ridiculous challenges. I love how it blurs the line between creators and audiences—everyone’s in it together, riding the adrenaline rush of shared absurdity. Last year, I joined one where we collectively wrote a 100-page meme-filled 'Star Wars' parody novel overnight. My fingers still ache thinking about it.
