How Do I Hang A Punching Bag Safely At Home?

Turning a spare corner into a proper punching-bag station is one of my favorite tiny-home upgrades — it makes the place feel instantly more purposeful. First thing I do is pick the right spot: locate a ceiling joist or beam with a stud finder, and make sure the bag will have at least a meter of clearance on all sides so it can swing without smashing walls or lamps.
