For a minute I thought you were talking about a specific AO3 collection, but that kind of dedicated, fandom-specific crossover archive is mostly an older fandom creature. 'My Hero Academia' crossovers are scattered all over, really. The primary organizational method is just tags on Archive of Our Own.

You'd typically filter for 'My Hero Academia' and then include a second fandom tag, maybe 'Marvel Cinematic Universe' or 'Jujutsu Kaisen'. Authors are pretty good at using relationship tags for the crossover pairings too, which helps. I remember spending a whole weekend just filtering for Izuku Midoriya & various characters from other series.

There isn't a single central hub. Some old forums or fanfiction.net communities might have attempted themed collections, but the tagging system has made that kind of dedicated archive less necessary, even if it's a bit messier to navigate.

You have to rely on the author tagging all the involved fandoms correctly, which... doesn't always happen. I've stumbled into fics where the crossover element was a huge surprise because it wasn't tagged until chapter five. Makes the hunt frustrating but occasionally rewarding.

I lurk the AO3 MHA crossover tag a lot, and the big ones are pretty predictable once you start scrolling. 'Marvel Cinematic Universe' is absolutely massive—the sheer number of fics where Class 1-A gets dumped into New York or Spidey ends up at UA is wild. 'Harry Potter' is another constant; the 'wizard with a Quirk' or 'Midoriya gets a Hogwarts letter' premise has endless variations. 'Naruto' and 'One Piece' are huge in the anime/manga crossover space, which makes sense given the shonen battle genre overlap. You also see a ton of 'Attack on Titan' and 'Demon Slayer' crossovers, probably because of the dark fantasy and high-stakes fight elements. 'DC Universe' pops up a fair bit too, especially Batman or Superman meeting All Might scenarios. It’s interesting though—you’ll occasionally get a surprise like a crossover with 'The Witcher' or 'Percy Jackson', but the feed is dominated by those first few I mentioned. The Marvel one is just its own beast, I think it might actually outnumber some of the anime ones.
