This is a hotly debated topic in the ACGN community. Based on what I know, ‘Omni-Man’ from 'Invincible' and 'Superman' from DC Comics are quite similar. Both are pretty much invincible, with superhuman endurance and regenerative powers: they can also fly faster than a fighter plane, one punch will smash through solid stone. But 'Omni-Man' has shown quite a bit more ruthlessness and pragmatism than 'Superman'.

Indeed, ‘Omni-Man’ has been coached from early on by his father in how to be a hero: get the glory, but take nothing back for it. So if it comes down to a one-on-one fight between the two, then 'Omni-Man' is probably going to win that one because he will not hold back. However, remember what makes ‘Superman’ super is his morality and respect for life.

He's an Viltrumite, a species of alien known throughout the galaxy for their cruelly efficient protocols, strong and invincible. A true powerhouse, fast and vastly endowed with stamina. A single one of his blows was enough to engulf an entire army, but without much strain!

However, how does he stack up alongside the legend, 'Superman'? 'Superman' by itself is already an irresistible force. His powers are all similar to 'Omni-Man', but where they differ is tactics. 'Omni-Man' would use any violent means at his disposal in order to achieve his ends. Our 'Man of Steel', however, always deliberately shows mercy.

As a result it often means he holds back, since stays his hand in the face of human life. But if they were thrown into a real fight 'Omni-Man' might indeed have an advantage in ruthlessness.

On the other hand, 'Superman' too has pulled off some insane feats. Remember Superdore in "Superman/Batman" #78 lifting the book of infinite pages? That's another instance of his incalculable strength. This really is a difficult question. It depends entirely on circumstances, and could go either way. But as far as who's stronger--well, both of them certainly oil the wheels of the ACGN universe!

How powerful is Omni-Man compared to Superman?

3 Answers2026-04-08 14:36:23
Omni-Man and Superman are both titans in their respective universes, but their power scales differ in fascinating ways. Omni-Man, from 'Invincible,' is a Viltrumite whose strength is rooted in his alien biology—think near-invulnerability, super-speed, and flight. His combat style is brutal, often relying on sheer physical dominance. Superman, on the other hand, has a more versatile power set: heat vision, freeze breath, and even solar energy absorption. What’s wild is how their moral compasses shape their fights. Omni-Man’s willingness to kill makes him terrifyingly efficient, while Superman’s restraint often holds him back. I’ve always thought Omni-Man’s raw aggression gives him an edge in a no-holds-barred fight. Superman might outlast him in a prolonged battle due to solar energy, but Omni-Man’s ruthlessness could clinch an early victory. The 'Invincible' comics show Viltrumites surviving planet-level destruction, which feels comparable to Superman’s feats in 'All-Star Superman.' It’s a toss-up, but Omni-Man’s viciousness lingers in my mind.

Is Omni-Man stronger than Homelander?

3 Answers2026-04-08 18:20:54
Omni-Man from 'Invincible' and Homelander from 'The Boys' are both terrifyingly powerful, but if we're talking raw power and combat experience, Omni-Man takes the cake. The dude literally decimated an entire planet's worth of heroes in like, what, a few minutes? Homelander's strong, sure, but he's more of a psychological terror—his power comes from his unpredictability and lack of empathy. Omni-Man, though? He's a trained Viltrumite warrior with centuries of battle under his belt. Homelander would crumble under that kind of pressure. Plus, Omni-Man's durability is insane—surviving in space, tanking city-leveling hits—while Homelander's never been pushed that far. It's like comparing a nuke to a grenade. And let's not forget Omni-Man's feats in the comics. He fights multiple versions of himself, survives planetary explosions, and even takes on cosmic threats. Homelander's strongest moments are... what, lifting a plane? Scaring politicians? Omni-Man's scale is just different. Homelander might win in a popularity contest (if you ignore the whole 'murderous narcissist' thing), but in a straight-up fight? No contest. I'd pay to see it, though—imagine the collateral damage.

can omni man beat superman

Well, that's a debate among fans for ages! Both Omni-Man from the invincible series and Superman from DC Comics are super powerful characters with their distinct strengths and weaknesses. Let's first talk about Omni-Man, also known as Nolan Grayson. Omni-Man hails from a planet of Viltrum where everyone is almost god-like. I mean, he can fly, he's got superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and not to forget, his healing powers. And the cherry on top? His aging is slower than humans which pretty much makes him almost invincible. Now, Superman, the name's already enough, isn't it? Kal-El, the son of Krypton, is someone merely mortals like us have admired since forever. His strengths are quite similar to Omni-Man. He can fly, he's super strong, and fast, he's got his heat vision and freeze breath. Plus, he absorbs sunlight to power himself up. Admittedly, it’s hard to compare who’s stronger since it comes down to the plot of the stories they belong to. An all-out fistfight without any external favor would indeed be epic. There are instances where Superman held back as he cares for the humans and their world. So, if Superman is not holding back, it's going to be a tough challenge for Omni-Man. That said, each has their own Achilles' heel. The sun's yellow radiation powers up Superman, but kryptonite is his downfall. Omni-Man, on the other hand, doesn't have any specific weaknesses that we know of apart from the fact he can be weakened by receiving enough physical damage from beings of equal or greater power. In conclusion, can Omni-Man beat Superman? Honestly speaking, while Omni-Man has more experience due to a longer lifespan, it is still hard to say as Superman also has equally impressive powers and a noble heart. The actual outcome could vary based on countless variables. So, it's quite difficult to definitively say who would come out on top in a fight. But that's precisely what makes the discussions and debates about them amongst fans so interesting, right?

Is Invincible Omni-Man stronger than the Guardians?

3 Answers2026-04-08 11:56:20
Omni-Man from 'Invincible' is an absolute powerhouse, and when you stack him up against the Guardians of the Globe, it's like comparing a nuclear bomb to a firecracker. The Guardians are formidable in their own right, but Omni-Man's Viltrumite physiology gives him strength, speed, and durability that are practically unmatched. I mean, the guy can fly through planets and survive in the vacuum of space without breaking a sweat. His fight with the Guardians was brutal—he took them out one by one with terrifying efficiency, and none of them stood a chance once he decided to go all out. What really seals the deal is his combat experience. Omni-Man has been fighting for centuries, honing his skills to perfection. The Guardians, while skilled, just don't have that level of training or raw power. Even someone like War Woman, who hits like a truck, couldn't do more than momentarily stagger him. It's not even a fair fight—more like a predator toying with its prey. If you ask me, Omni-Man is in a league of his own, and the Guardians never stood a chance.

who would win omni man or superman

1 Answers2025-01-15 01:47:17
Superman has several weaknesses which Omni-Man could exploit, but would not have access to, which is why Superman would win this fight. Superman’s full powers are on such a high level that Omni-Man couldn’t really do much against them even at his best.

How does omni man mk1's power compare to Omni-Man?

9 Answers2026-02-02 17:10:40
The way I see it, Omni-Man MK1 feels like a prototype trying to wear the boots of a legend. In my head I picture MK1 as raw, brutish, and slightly more mechanical in how it fights — lots of reckless power, fewer refined techniques. It can probably trade big hits with Omni-Man for short bursts, but it lacks the conditioning and nuance that make Omni-Man terrifying; Nolan (from 'Invincible') is as much a martial tactician as he is a brick wall. Beyond the obvious numbers game—strength, speed, durability—what separates them for me is experience and temperament. Omni-Man’s feats are built on decades (centuries, depending on the timeline) of conquest and training; MK1 looks like an earlier model built for testing extremes rather than longevity. So MK1 might smash through buildings and shrug off blasts, but it doesn’t have the same stamina, improvisational fighting sense, or cold strategic cruelty that Omni-Man brings, which often decides their fights in the long run. I like picturing MK1 as the flashy prototype you see on the test bench, and Omni-Man as the refined final product who knows exactly where to land the blow and why.

How powerful is Omni-Man in Invincible?

4 Answers2026-04-19 07:07:10
Omni-Man from 'Invincible' is basically a walking apocalypse wrapped in a cape. The dude’s a Viltrumite, so his strength is off the charts—think Superman but with way fewer moral hang-ups. He once punched his son Mark through a mountain, casually leveled entire cities, and took on the Guardians of the Globe solo, wiping them out in seconds. That fight scene? Brutal. It wasn’t just about raw power though; his combat experience made it look effortless. What’s scarier is his durability. Surviving in space, tanking nukes, and getting back up after getting slammed by other Viltrumites—he’s practically unkillable unless you’ve got another Viltrumite or some insane tech. And let’s not forget his speed; he crosses galaxies in days. The show does a great job showing how terrifying it is when someone that powerful stops pretending to be a hero.

Who is stronger Omni King or Goku Black?

3 Answers2026-04-26 09:03:48
Man, comparing the Omni King to Goku Black is like weighing a cosmic force against a rogue Saiyan with a grudge. The Omni King, Zeno, is literally the ruler of all universes in 'Dragon Ball Super.' He can erase entire timelines with a whim—no effort, no drama. Remember when Future Trunks' whole universe got wiped out? That was Zeno just being mildly annoyed. Goku Black, on the other hand, is powerful, sure, but he's still bound by mortal limits (even if he’s a godly thorn in everyone’s side). His strength peaks at rivaling deities like Goku and Vegeta, but Zeno? He’s the reason deities exist. Goku Black’s whole shtick was terrorizing timelines, but Zeno treats timelines like doodles on a notepad—erasable. Even if Black unlocked some new form beyond Super Saiyan Rosé, he’d still be a speck in Zeno’s omniverse. The scariest part? Zeno doesn’t even fight. He doesn’t need to. Power-scaling debates usually have nuance, but here? It’s like asking if a hurricane could beat the concept of gravity. Zeno’s not just stronger; he’s the ceiling.

can omni man die

9 Answers2026-07-29 01:03:14
In the world of 'Invincible', Omni-Man is incredibly powerful, but he's not invincible. With enough force or the right circumstances, he can meet his end. His character is quite complex, balancing great strength and emotional depth. That mix makes me believe there are ways he could fall, especially if he underestimates his opponents. Maybe a combination of characters teaming up effectively could do the trick!

Is 'Mechant Superman' stronger than regular Superman?

4 Answers2026-06-20 07:52:42
Superman's power levels are always a hot debate, but 'Mechant Superman' brings a whole new layer to the discussion. This version isn't just about raw strength—it's about calculated ruthlessness. The regular Superman we know holds back because of his morals, but 'Mechant'? No such limits. He’s like a chess player who’s also the strongest piece on the board. That said, physical power isn’t the only factor. 'Mechant Superman' often has access to advanced tech or magic enhancements, depending on the storyline. Regular Superman might still win in a pure brawl, but if 'Mechant' gets prep time? Different story. It’s like comparing a sledgehammer to a scalpel—both lethal in their own way.
