I have checked a few of my normal haunts for this and it seems Yonder have it locked down tight. The best way to read this as a legal download would be to sign up for their in-app model and purchase a daily pass to read it. All other claims to download the full novel as a cheaper option are scams. The story is very hot right now, with two possessive twin anti-heroes, so I’d recommend signing up for the app for a bargainous binge read.

I think I’ve seen this story before. I think it was written by Luna R. Knight or something close to that. This was a rough draft posted on Wattpad a few years ago, and then later published as a serial on a paid platform. It’s possible that the author may still have the Wattpad version up, possibly an earlier version even than this. Sometimes authors post the old versions of their work in order to give readers a teaser of what is to come. You can search for it on Wattpad. I believe the two main characters were Alessio and Adriano, the twin mafia bosses. That’s definitely the story.

While the central romantic story gets a happy ending, that is not to say that every character, and every plotline, gets a happy ending. This would likely feel unsatisfying to readers who are used to every single subplot getting wrapped up in a bow. But instead, the ending is strategically ambiguous, leaving room for a sequel or spin-off. There are several rival factions that were weakened but not destroyed. The ‘losing’ twin has a clear and somewhat fraught path ahead of him. And the female lead’s family situation has been left somewhat unresolved. So, happy ending for the love story. But, not necessarily a happy ending for the rest of the characters and plotlines. Which is probably the intent. If you are the type of reader who needs every single thing tied up in a bow, then you might find this ending to be somewhat unsatisfying. But, if you are the type of reader who loves a large, interconnected series, then this is the perfect ending to leave you hungry for more.

Simple and useful info: Sometimes you can read ‘Tempting Venom’ for free if you subscribe to a service that offers it or if you can borrow it. I have not come across a full, free version of ‘Tempting Venom’ to download from a random website yet, most seem to be pirated versions. To read ‘Tempting Venom’ for free right now you could try to get it through Kindle/Kindle Unlimited (It is listed by Amazon in some countries for the Vipers series and some of them are included in Kindle Unlimited), Libby (You can borrow it with your library card), Hoopla (The titles by Rina Kent are listed in Hoopla’s catalog), or you could sign up for the free trial of Audible and listen to it for free. If that doesn’t work then you could purchase it through major online retailers or request that your local library add it to their collection. Just be sure to avoid downloading free copies from websites like Lokepub or Anna’s Archive as I have seen copies of ‘Tempting Venom’ floating around on those sites and you have no idea where they came from or what kind of condition they are in. I would hate for you to read what I hope is a great book only to find out that you read a bad copy of it. I hope you do get to read it and I would love to hear your thoughts on ‘Tempting Venom’.

Finally, I wanted to offer one more practical approach to acquire books for cheap, and this one hasn’t been mentioned yet: Facebook communities for ‘Buy Nothing’. There are so many books that people want to give away, and asking in such groups (in the ISO format – In Search Of) for specific titles can yield very rapid results. It’s totally worth trying, as books can be given away in seconds, in your neighborhood. Libraries are much more reliable but this is community-based, it’s recycling too, and you may even get to meet other bookworms.

Even the comment sections for the official chapters of a book on an app can be quite entertaining. Readers live-react, argue over the main characters’ love interests, and try to predict what will happen next. Because a book like this includes a love triangle (or more), the comment sections can become quite a battle. Of course, reading a book on an app like GoodNovel is a lot different from reading a static PDF or a fan-made blog. It makes reading less of a solitary activity and, for good or ill, more of a community experience.

Ever stumbled upon a story so dramatic you couldn't stop flipping pages? That's exactly how I felt with 'My Mafia Husband Married Me But He Loved My Sister'. This web novel is a rollercoaster of emotions, blending forbidden love, betrayal, and mafia intrigue. I first discovered it on platforms like Webnovel and Wattpad, where indie authors often share their work. The title itself hooks you—how could a marriage built on such twisted foundations survive? The protagonist's resilience stuck with me long after I finished reading. If you're into messy, heart-wrenching relationships with a side of danger, this one's worth hunting down.
What surprised me was how the story subverted typical romance tropes. Instead of a predictable love triangle, it delves into power dynamics and self-worth. The sister isn't just a rival; she's a mirror forcing the heroine to confront her own choices. Some chapters had me yelling at my screen—in the best way possible. For similar vibes, check out 'The Unwanted Wife' or 'Bound by Honor'. Both explore arranged marriages with dark undertones, though neither quite matches this novel's unique blend of family drama and criminal underworld tension. Just be prepared for late-night binge-reading sessions!

Short story anthologies feature very short stories, and are usually published as ebook anthologies, on platforms like Kobo, Nook by Barnes & Noble, Apple iBooks and many more. You can search for the title of your story plus the word ‘anthology’ or ‘collection’.

It’s a really fresh take on the secret twin brother/sister story. Instead of it being a long-lost sibling, it’s the Don’s estranged childhood friend Marco who everyone thought had died in a fire years ago. He was actually saved by a rival family and raised as their own, their hitman. The Don has been hunting his own twin brother without knowing it. Throughout the book there are little tells that the two brothers share – like how they always crack their knuckles before violence, or how they both like to put lemon peel in their drinks. The climax of the book is when Marco finally reveals the truth to the Don in a truce meeting between the two families. The Don is startled when Marco pulls off his gloves to reveal identical burn scars on both of their hands. But what’s most amazing about this reveal is that Marco had no idea either that he had a twin brother. He thought the Don was just another target for him to take out. The tension between the two of them as they lock eyes for the first time in years is palpable and absolute silence fills the air as they stare at each other in shock and tremble in their hands. It was a really amazing read and makes you go back to read previous chapters between the two of them and realize all the little tells that they shared.

I agree with you and argue that the best way to read translated web novels are through subscription-based services that offer them as e-books and/or audiobooks within their large catalog of published work. Sites such as Scribd offer customers access to countless novels (including translated web novels) for a flat monthly fee, of $10 for over a million titles. While the selection of web novels may not be as large as the novel-specific platforms for web novels, it is continually growing and if you find a title you’re interested in reading, you can read it as you would any of the other e-books on the site for that low monthly price.
