My two cents: the library apps are the real MVP here. Hoopla, in particular, often has no wait lists because they license content differently. I streamed 'It's Not Summer Without You' on Hoopla without any delay. The audio quality was perfect, and it remembers your position across devices.
If your library offers Hoopla, it's a 100% free streaming solution. No subscription fee, just your existing library membership.

Wait, does anyone know if the narrator is the same for all three books? That's important for continuity. On the access front, Scribd is the move. I've had a subscription for a year, and the Summer trilogy has been consistently available for streaming. I've never seen it disappear or go behind an extra paywall.
It's a stable part of their catalog, which is reassuring.

The performance is half the fun of an audiobook. The narrator for this series adds so much subtle emotion. I experienced it via Libby, which I consider a subscription service because my library funding is a form of subscription! It was seamless streaming on my phone.
If you don't have a library card, get one—it's the best entertainment subscription in the world, and it includes audiobooks like this.

Can we talk about how good the cover art is for a second? The audiobook version in the app uses the same summer-y image. Anyway, back to your question: streaming on a subscription is possible. Scribd has it. I verified this morning.
Some smaller services like Audiobooks.com might have it in their subscription tier, but I haven't checked. Scribd is the safest bet for a confirmed, all-inclusive stream.

Okay, here's a different angle: What if you have Kindle Unlimited? Sometimes the audiobook is included as a 'Read and Listen' title for free. I'm not sure if this specific book is, but it's worth checking. KU is a subscription, and if the audiobook is bundled, you can stream it via the Kindle app.
If not, revert to Plan A: Scribd or library.

Callahan Hastings is relentless when it comes to getting what he wants, and what he wants is me–to be his private chef in the Hamptons for the summer.
My dream job served to me on a silver platter by one of the wealthiest members of Pembroke Hills Country Club.

His playful touches and burning gaze have ignited a fire in me. The more I resist him, the more irresistible he becomes.
I've always known there's an expiration date on the job–an expiration date on us.

A story of reckless nights, hidden glances, and a love that refuses to stay buried—Where the Summer Wind Blows will sweep you into a summer you won’t forget.
A cabin by a lake for the summer with barely a soul in sight sounds like the perfect place to disappear to for eight weeks. Just me and my laptop, writing my next bestseller. Away from the city and the drama.
My plans soon change on my first day here, all because of a handsome stranger who turns out not to be as much as a stranger as I thought. Sound's complicated, right? I didn't come here to get involved with anyone, the opposite really, but Kyson has a way to get to me easily, one which isn't so easy to fight especially when he is next door for the entire summer.
I could resist, I should resist, but it is hard to fight chemistry, lust and connection, all things we seemed to share.
I didn't think when I came here my summer would change everything and not all for the best.

I'm just here for the comments. I read the book ages ago and didn't know there was an audiobook. Might check it out now. Sounds like it's easy to get, which is all I needed to know. Thanks, folks.
Can we talk about the cover art for the audio edition? Sometimes it's different! I like collecting the various covers. The audiobook version I saw on Apple had a simpler, more minimalist design than the original paperback. A small thing, but it brings me joy. The auditory experience is primary, but the visual icon on my app matters too.
For a different feel, some libraries still carry the physical audio CD. I know, ancient technology. But if you have a CD player in your car or at home, the wait time for the physical copy can be much shorter. People forget about it. You can search your library's main catalog (not the Libby app) for 'It's Not Summer Without You audiobook CD'. Might be sitting on a shelf gathering dust while the digital version has a 50-person line. A useful backup plan.
I sometimes forget that iTunes still sells audiobooks. If you're on an iPhone, the Apple Books app is basically the modern version of that store. Quick search should do it.
Seriously, the audiobook is just the novel. No interviews, no extra scenes, nothing like that. I listened to the whole thing hoping for maybe a Q&A with the narrator or something, but nope. It's a solid performance, don't get me wrong, the narrator really captures Belly's voice. But if you're buying it specifically for bonuses, you'll be disappointed. It's purely the story, start to finish.
