HATE ME

HATE ME

Extract. " Why are you here?" She asked, staring out the window. She has refused to face him since he entered the room, treating him as if he were a ghost. She was a ghost to everyone but not to him and she wondered why. " Came to see you. Did I come at a bad time?" He asked. With a crooked sigh, she finally turned to face him, revealing a tear streaked face. Anger rose in him. Moving towards him, she muttered through gritted teeth. " Every time is a bad time Ray, don't you understand that?" " I understand if you're angry, I can always come see you tomorrow..." She cut him off. " I don't want you to come see me tomorrow or the day after that! I need you to leave me alone! Stop trying to help me Ray, we both know it's not going to work. I wonder why you even bother. Just go away!" " Why do you keep pushing me away?! I want to help you, why won't you let me?" " Because it's of no use. No one can help me Ray, not even you. And you trying is going to hurt the both of us! Even more than we can ever imagine." She spat, tears clouding in her eyes again. She was always crying and frowning. Never smiled. He never thought she knew what it felt like to smile. " But I love you! I freaking do! Why can't you understand and let me stay?" He yelled, shaking her, tears forming in his eyes at the one girl he loved but keeps pushing him away. " Then hate me. If you truly love me Ray... You would hate me." She growled, staring deep into his eyes. Giving him a choice, to hate or love her...

CEO contract marriage inheritence haters to lovers recommendations?

3 Respuestas2026-06-12
I think one of the most entertaining CEO forced-into-marriage-for-inheritance storylines is that of the couple who starts off hating each other. Lauren Layne wrote a really fun book called “The Prenup” (Lauren Layne writes a lot of fun books). The leads are both lawyers, so their initial bickering is full of cute little pettiness like leaving mean notes on each other’s post-it notes. But it all transitions to a sweet inheritance tale when the CEO grandfather of one of the leads sets up the two of them to inherit a fortune if they just get married and stay married for a long time, and it takes them a while to actually start to like each other.

Novels like The CEO’s Substitute Wife and Married by Monday are webnovels that primarily fall under the melodrama category. This means much of the plot can be quite over-the-top at times, but The CEO’s Substitute Wife works because the male lead is often mean to the female lead due to him hiding the pain of past events. In addition to that, the two work to try and bring down each other’s armor and earn each other’s trust and affection. The other novella is Married by Monday which is a fairly lighthearted story. The main characters start off fake marrying each other by Monday, but by the end they realize that they have fallen in love. It is also an inheritance novel, though an unusual one. The conditions left by the female lead’s eccentric aunt are pretty quirky. This is another reason why the forced marriage novels work so well. They combine high stakes and intimacy. The two characters are fighting to earn the fortune that the other is trying to claim, but they are also fighting to earn each other’s love.

Is 'Loathing You' part of a book series?

8 Respuestas2025-06-28
There isn't a specific number of books in this series, but Amara and Silas's story is a standalone within the author's larger collection, 'City of Whispers'. Each book in the 'City of Whispers' collection features a new leading man and woman, but all the novels are set in a lavish, cutthroat world and sometimes even take place in part at the same locations, including the famous Skyline Bar. Thus, you may catch a few references to Amara and Silas in other 'City of Whispers' novels, but for the most part they are a complete and self-contained story - better than a strict series, but not entirely standalone.

Where can I download GL anime sub Indo?

3 Respuestas2026-06-16
For GL anime with Indonesian subtitles, I use Anichin or Samehadaku (not perfect but recently updated). The anime community on Twitter is quite resourceful too, so I follow #AnimeIndo and #YuriSubIndo. For titles that have been archivied by Anime Batch, it’s okay too (though beware of lots of pop-up ads).

Which romance shoujo manga feature enemies to lovers?

7 Respuestas2025-08-24
Dengeki Daisy is a very underrated manga. The main character, Teru, is a high school girl who was left by herself after her brother passed away. All she has left is this mysterious person on her cell phone named ‘Daisy’ that guides her through her everyday life. The school’s janitor, Kurosaki, is this very rude man who always makes trouble for Teru. At first, we see that Teru hates Kurosaki and Kurosaki hates Teru but in reality, Kurosaki is protecting a secret. The mystery of who Daisy really is makes a great parallel with Kurosaki and Teru’s growing relationship. The way the two of them have to constantly deal with each other in a school setting makes for a lot of hilarious situations and the banter between the two is always sharp. You can also see the very protective side of Kurosaki. Seeing the layers of Kurosaki come off one by one and getting to read his development into his feelings for Daisy/Teru is definitely satisfying. The balance of power in this story is very unique in that there isn’t a rich/poor or popular/unpopular kind of dynamic going on. Instead, it revolves around the fact that neither party knows the true identities of the other and that they both are dealing with a lot of grief. It’s a really great read and it’s very fulfilling to see the two go from being extremely annoyed by each other to completely trusting and loving each other. The emotional payoff in the end is also very satisfying as all of the characters’ secrets are finally revealed.

Which spicy wattpad story features enemies-to-lovers romance?

4 Respuestas2025-09-04
Werewolf stories can offer so much for this trope. The ‘rejected mate’ storyline in particular is an amazing take on enemies-to-lovers. Alpha’s Bane is a good example of this kind of storyline, because the female protagonist is the alpha’s fated mate and he publicly rejects her because she is weak. Her subsequent anger and hurt turns into her anger and hurt towards him that fuels their entire storyline. Watching the alpha slowly lose his mind to jealousy and regret while the female protagonist gains strength and becomes more independent is so great. It can get a little too melodramatic at times and people either really love it or find it too ridiculous to follow.

What are the best books with unrequited love for young adults?

11 Respuestas2025-04-25
'Chandler Legacies', Abdi Nazemian's novel about five students at a boarding school in the 1990s, focuses on Beth who is stuck in limbo not knowing how to express her hidden love for her roommate Sarah. But this unrequited love is fraught with much silence and fear of detection from the faculty and the rest of the student body. However, with secret after-school writing sessions led by Beth, she finds solace and support from her fellow struggling students, resulting in the novel portraying finding one’s voice not only creatively but also personally. The main love story is but one of many interlocking friendships, of other secret hopes and traumatic memories of all of the five main characters, but above all an exploration of silence, fear, secrets and hidden expressions of love, aching to be free in times when such love could not be openly uttered or acknowledged – it’s all such to carefully be hidden and thus, sometimes, to be deliberately and very carefully codified and expressed in subtle yet clear gestures of endearment.

Does 'My Bully Is My Lover' have a happy ending?

7 Respuestas2025-06-12
This is not a nihilistic or (unfortunately) “tragic” story in the worst sense of those terms. Yes, it does go to some very dark places, but it does so in order to find hope, and to celebrate human connection in the midst of pain. And – crucially – every scene of pain has a scene of healing to come. So while the ending of the story is in doubt for much of the time, in the end things are going to be okay. The writers are taking good care of their characters and their audience.

You will feel taken care of by the writers in the end. That means there is potential for tears but also for healing. The story is a safe emotional investment. I have recommended this to friends who do not read sad stories. Even they agreed that the end was worth the painful journey along the way. It is a complete and very satisfying story.

What does 'he choose her over me for 99 times' mean?

3 Respuestas2026-06-17
My friend used to describe her breakup with her ex-boyfriend using this phrase and it always stuck with me. At first it sounds so melodramatic but then you realize that you’ve been keeping score the whole time and that he had chosen her 99 times out of 100. The phrase is very specific and therefore universal. It’s not just limited to romantic relationships either. I’ve seen friendships in anime like ‘Nana’ fall apart because of unequal care for the other person. It’s very powerful. And the fact that it’s been exaggerated in order to make a point makes it even more tangible and real. We’ve all felt sidelined at some point and to be able to put a number on it is very painful.

Is Fake Mating To My Ex's Powerful Enemy worth reading?

9 Respuestas2025-12-19
I've seen this one floating around on my feed. Algorithm tends to throw it at me now. Premise is a little too juicy for me to ignore, but overall it reads as somewhat too dramatic for my tastes (fake mating, ex's enemy, etc.). I gave the first few chapters a read simply out of curiosity, but the initial setup does read somewhat tense as the main character tries to avoid social disaster. Prose is readably simple, though the rest of the emotional developments follow fairly predictably from there. Trashy read that I couldn't look away from is the best way I'd describe this. It's not literature by any stretch of the imagination, but it's very Guilty Pleasure. Main draw to me is the exploration of power dynamics, and the author certainly gets a lot of mileage out of them. All in all, very trashy, very over-the-top, extremely fast-paced romantic drama. Just don't go in here expecting too much in terms of character development.

what does stfuattdlagg mean in booktok

The books you’d find with this tag? Search for “high angst,” “denial of feelings,” “idiots in love,” or “mutual pining” on TikTok and you’ll find tons of comments with this acronym. Yes, it’s a badge of honor for those particular tropes and how characters typically interact with each other within said books.
