What Trinkets Best Counter The Darkest Dungeon Countess?

That Countess in 'Darkest Dungeon' has wrecked more than one of my runs, so I like to think about trinkets the way a locksmith thinks about locks: find the weak points and jam them. I tend to split trinket picks into two clear goals — survive her punishments and negate whatever nasty status she leans on that run — and then build around class roles.
