You'd think a show with that title would be easier to find, right? I binged 'Thriller City' last winter when it briefly hit Shudder—they do free trials, so keep an eye out for Halloween season rotations. The soundtrack alone (all synthwave vibes) makes it worth the hunt. My film buff friend mentioned some regions have it on FlixFrog with subtitles, but you might need a VPN. Side note: follow the lead actor on StreamPatrol; he sometimes posts where his older projects are available.
Found it! Well, sort of—'Thriller City' is split between services depending on your country. Here in Canada, it's on CineCrave's '80s thriller hub. Try searching its original title 'La Cité Frisson' too; the French version pops up on EuroStream sometimes. The cinematography holds up shockingly well for a late-night cable series from '87. Let me know if you want episode recs—the third one has this insane parking garage chase.
I was just searching for this the other day! 'Thriller City' is one of those hidden gem series that flew under the radar for a lot of people. From what I found, it's currently streaming on MidnightFlix, a platform that specializes in cult classics and niche thrillers. They even have bonus content like director commentaries, which is a huge plus if you're into behind-the-scenes stuff.
If you're more into ad-supported free options, Tubaroo might have it with occasional ads—though their catalog rotates, so don't wait too long. I'd also recommend checking out local indie streaming collectives; sometimes smaller services pick up rights to lesser-known titles like this.
Ugh, tracking down 'Thriller City' was such a journey! I ended up renting it on PrimeVid for like $3.99 after striking out everywhere else. It's worth the price though—the neon-noir visuals are stunning in HD. Pro tip: if you're into physical media, the limited-edition Blu-ray from Arrow Films has insane special features, but good luck finding it under $50 now. Honestly, just bookmark JustWatch to get alerts if it pops up on new platforms.

Before she could go back to the crime scene, she received a call from her mother with a question of whether ‘Vivienda de Vampiros’ meant anything to her. Without a clue, her mother apologized to her and promised to let her know more about her family history, who she really was and, BLOOD CITY.
Later, her mother explained to her that she was born in a vampire hunter’s family. She was meant to be a vampire hunter. From that moment on, her life took a much-unexpected turn to the worst. She took her time to study more about vampires.
As she was busy hunting her father’s killer, she crossed paths with Daniel, a vampire that, against all odds was protecting her and her family. The unfolding of events led to her having feelings for the Vampire. This became a wedge between her and Adams.
Later Adams was manipulated by Catherine in the name of love to get close to Claire but was finally turned which led to his death. Later, she was able to defeat and kill Thomas and Catherine with the help of her mother and Daniel.

She is so scared of life itself, people call her a weirdo, she’s sick; she’s epileptic, she doesn’t even have a friend as everybody seem to be against her.
The only place she finds solace is in a story she writes, she loves it because that is where she finds control, the only thing that obeys her command anytime, any day.
Then out of the blues, her story begins to haunt her. She could be hallucinating, but it seemed so real.
The worst part is that every of the characters in her story want her to themselves, they are powerful, mysterious, wealthy, strong, connected and blood thirsty.
Lurking in the darkness was her fears, and out of it came the most hideous of all her characters. Looking her straight in the eye he said, ”welcome to our world, BLOOD LIVES HERE!”...
You don’t wanna miss this action/crime thriller… Silence, Suspense, Love, Guilt, Betrayal, BLOOD….
Been hunting down 'Dead City' myself lately—such a gritty vibe! Last I checked, AMC+ has it streaming if you're in the U.S., or you can rent episodes on Amazon Prime Video. International folks might find it on platforms like Apple TV or Vudu, though regional availability varies.
If you're into physical media, the Blu-ray release has bonus features like behind-the-scenes footage—totally worth it for die-hard fans. Side note: the soundtrack slaps; I ended up downloading it after binging the show. Makes laundry feel apocalyptic.
