It exists, but let's be real—the manga adaptation is painfully slow. They adapted maybe the first two novel volumes over what felt like a year, and then it just... stopped. I don't know if it's on hiatus or quietly cancelled. The art was decent, but the pacing felt rushed in some parts and glacial in others. If you're expecting to catch up to the novel's current plot, you'll be waiting forever. Stick to the web novel for the actual story progression.

I dropped the webtoon after 20 chapters. Not because it's bad, but because I'm already 300 chapters deep in the novel and I got impatient. The adaptation is faithful, but knowing everything that's coming just made me want to read the text version faster. It's a good problem to have, I guess. If you're new to the story, you won't have that issue.

In Reychelle City, a contest was held to crown the most beautiful woman.
After my cousin scarred my face, she seized first place with ease.
What she never expected was that this year's contest wasn't for fame; it was to select the future wife of the Third Prince, a ruthless, bloodthirsty eunuch.
That very afternoon, gifts poured in by the cartload.
My betrothed panicked. That night, he tore up our engagement contract and carried my cousin into the bridal chamber.
The next day, she trailed her lacquered fingertips across my cheek and sneered, "Alicia, with your ruined face, who would ever want you? Perhaps the beggar at the street corner might take you in."
I caught her wrist, let out a cold laugh, and said, "Who told you I would marry a beggar?"
Before her stunned eyes, I pushed open my parents' chamber doors.
"Mom, since Maggie doesn't wish to be the prince's consort… let me take her place."
Three years later, before the eyes of a shocked court, the Third Prince entered the grand hall with me at his side, with two children in tow.
No one had foreseen it. This body of mine, blessed with the rarest gift of fertility, was the perfect match for a man believed incapable of siring heirs.

The day my elder sister stole my fiancé from me, I did not fight back.
Instead, I slipped past the maid guarding me and went straight to find my father.
“She can have my fiancé. I’m marrying the Regent!”
My father stared at me in shock.
Everyone knew the Regent was in charge, but rumors said he could not father a child and had a nasty temper.
What they did not know was that I was born under heaven’s favor—blessed with the gift of life itself.
In my previous life, that blessing became my curse. My elder sister and stepmother smeared my name, claiming that my curves and easy fortune meant I had been defiled before marriage.
My fiancé was disgusted and turned away from me. That was when my sister seized the chance to take my place.
Even on her wedding day, my sister was not at ease. She had me dragged away like a lowly servant and sent to a brothel, ordering the madam to torture me.
While I lay dying in the dark, she lived in the light, bearing children with my former fiancé and enjoying a lifetime of happiness that should have been mine.
Now that I had been given another life, I refused to bow to fate again.
She might have stolen my fiancé, but she could never take the blessing I was born with.

Growing up in her new life, she witnessed how strange her new world was. A man was more powerful and more puissant and treated like Gods. While girls are being sold as slaves at a ripe age to every noble man that would live a brutalized life she had never imagined existed.
Her time came. Full of terror and uncertainties, she had no choice but to obey. She was sold to become the Crowned Prince's Marionette.
Will she ever survive at the hands of her diabolic master? Or will fate lead her to a life of adventure.
The concept of 'latest' is an illusion we chase. The story is complete in Korean. The translated chapters are just catching up to a finished product. We're all running on a delayed treadmill.
Sometimes I think about just dropping it for a year, then coming back to a huge chunk of translated story. The liberation of not being on the update hamster wheel is tempting. But then I see a spoiler or a hype post, and I'm dragged right back in. The social pressure to be current is real, even in a solitary activity like reading.
The chapter titles in the webtoon are great. They keep the novel's witty, self-aware style. Little things like that show the adaptation team cared about preserving the tone, not just the plot.
His reincarnation feels like logging into a hardcore role-playing game with someone else's saved file. You have their stats, their inventory, and their quest log, but you don't have their memories or skills mastered. The original player's ghost occasionally takes the controls. You're trying to complete (or subvert) their quests while dealing with the ghost's erratic inputs. That's the core gameplay loop, and the 'how' is simply the login screen—we don't need to know the server code to understand the player experience.
I stumbled upon 'The Prince is Pregnant' while browsing through web novels a while back, and the premise immediately caught my attention. The idea of a male pregnancy trope in a fantasy setting felt fresh, especially with the political intrigue woven into the story. From what I've gathered, the novel gained a pretty dedicated fanbase, but I haven't come across any official manga adaptation yet. There's always fan art floating around on platforms like Pixiv or Twitter, though—some of it captures the characters so well it makes me wish there was a full manga series!
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if an adaptation happens eventually. The story's blend of drama, humor, and unique worldbuilding seems perfect for visual storytelling. Until then, I'm keeping an eye out for updates from the original publisher or any announcements from manga studios. Fingers crossed!
The rival princes are collectively important as a narrative device. They represent the 'normal' path of royal succession—ambition, betrayal, warfare. The protagonist's entire strategy is a rejection of their playbook. They are the baseline against which his unconventional, knowledge-based approach is measured. Without them as foils, we wouldn't appreciate how radically different his methods are. Their importance is as a contrasting backdrop.
