How can I become a Co-Editor?

Create an invitation link with your exclusive Share Code.

Send the invitation link to users you want to invite. After the users successfully log in or register via your invitation link, they will be linked to you. (Linking conditions: Linking is available to newly registered users or users who registered after this event started and registered no more than 30 days before the linking.)
Note: Linking via the invitation link can cause loss of Share Code and link failure if there are many steps during the procedure, so please check the invitation log in time.

Check your invitation log on the event page of the Co-Editing Plan. If the linking fails, you can send your ShareCode to the user to re-link. (Linking conditions: Linking is available to newly registered users or users who registered after this event started and registered no more than 30 days before the linking.) How does the author do it?

Assist the invited authors to create a book, and applying for a contract (when the book reaches the requested word count). After the contract is signed, the respective reward will be counted.

Why are the writers I've invited not linked to my account?
A
1. The users who registered before the event started cannot participate.
2. You need to check your invitation log immediately after inviting. When you notice that the linking fails, you need to contact the author to re-link as soon as possible. Users who have registered for more than 30 days cannot be linked.

Will my author's books signed before the re-link be counted in my income?
A
Yes. Once the author has been re-linked to you successfully, all your author's signed books will be counted as part of your income in the specified month.

Do the book rewards only count the author's first signed book?

No. You will be credited with any book signed with the author within 180 days after the author is linked to you.

Will the author's income be reduced if I receive a share of author's profit?

No, it doesn't affect the author's income. It's an extra reward for you.

A
After the author relinks successfully, the start time of linking defaults to the author's registration time.

If the author's signed book is removed, no other income will be generated, but the number of removed books will still be accounted for in the invitation record.

If a co-editor re-links an author, how will the author's profit share be accounted for?
A
Only books signed after you became a co-editor and signed during the linking period will be accounted for the profit share of this book.

If a co-editor re-links an author, how will the progress of target completion be accounted for?
A
After the author is re-linked successfully, if there is a book that meets the requirements but was signed in the previous month, it will not be accounted for the target completion progress of this month.

How does the author's profit share work?

After becoming a co-editor, and your author's book is signed during the linking period, you will receive a reward equivalent to 10% of author's profit share from this book for 180 days from the day the book is signed.
