"Of course," I whispered. We were staring at each other when the kitchen doors opened, and Stephanie walked in. The shock on her face was loud and clear.
"What—," her gaze traveled over the scene in front of her as if someone had been murdered.
I didn't like it.

She swallowed. "No, Alpha, but ... there is a rule against interoffice romances you put in place last year, and ..."
