Shifter King

Shifter King

We wait. It's still dark when the ocean ripples beneath the surface. The hoard moves toward us, their waterlogged bodies uglier than usual. Some have moss hanging from their twisted limbs; others are chewed on by the ocean's version of monsters. They move almost in unison as they lunge to shore. When they hit the beach, with no water to slow them down, they pick up speed. Marinah clicks her radio and orders the air attack against the Federation ships. "Ready, baby?" she whispers beside me.

The Don's Dirty Obsession

The Don's Dirty Obsession

The island looked different now, fortified, bristling with guns, surrounded by patrol boats cutting through the turquoise water like sharks. Searchlights swept the beaches in wide, relentless arcs, and the once-lush jungle was dotted with watchtowers and razor wire. The assault force was outnumbered, outgunned, but not outmatched. Gianni led the first wave, taking out the patrol boats with precise missile strikes from hidden positions on a nearby reef. The explosions lit up the night, orange fireballs blooming against the dark sea, sending debris and bodies into the water. Anna led the second wave, storming the beach under cover of smoke grenades, her Orphans moving like ghosts through the c

The Forsaken Luna's Burning Love

The Forsaken Luna's Burning Love

Due to the attack, the Drachentia troops lost one of their battleship hijacked by Alpha Deen. Following the unreadable movements of the Northern troops, they decided to push the troops forward to fight at the mouth of the beach. This happened after their air attack with silver bombs failed to open up opportunities for the next attack. At the border of the beach, Rohan and the wolf army he led were waging a fierce battle with the Drachentia troops. Even so, Drachentia's troops never succeeded in crossing the coastline. Not even once. Long hours later, the fight ended, and each side retreated for the night.

Marked by the BEAST

the driver asked. “In the Light Bar,” Aisha responded. She thinks she might go to the bar and need a drink to forget what happened a while ago. “I will fucking kill that girl with your husband, Aisha! I will fucking kill her! How are they making you cry, and that asshole! How dare he hurts you?!” Kai—her wolf, was understandably more aggressive than usual. Aisha held onto her chest; she could still hear the loud beating of her heart; Kai was about to go and take over her body, “Calm down, Kai. I settled that already; keep quiet,”

Sin Bound: short story collection

Sin Bound: short story collection

Her body, barely covered by a thin tank top and shorts, was already marked from our earlier frantic fuck in the kitchen, my handprints on her ass, bite marks on her neck. We moved like shadows. The first mercenary burst through the treeline. I dropped him with a shot. Elena took down another, her aim steady despite everything. Adrenaline surged through me, straight to my cock. Even in battle, she made it hard. We reached the beach. Damien stood there with four men, lights from their boat illuminating the sand. “End this, brother! The boy, the money, the whore, give them to me!” Elena stepped forward, stripping off her top in the moonlight, tits gleaming. Distraction. “Come take me then. Like

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

They turned around, looking back at the ocean. Their flawless machine—their terrifying, unstoppable armada—was burning before they had even fired a single musket. "Reload," Cord’s voice echoed through the grid, utterly devoid of mercy. The human commander on the beach—a man in heavy gilded armor—started screaming orders in his sharp tongue. He realized instantly that the beach was a trap. They had nowhere to hide. They had no cover from the sky. "They are breaking formation," Lyra reported, her eyes still closed, tracking the chaos. "The landing craft are trying to retreat to the surviving ships. The surviving ships are attempting to raise sail and pull out of range."

I really enjoyed this book. It was sad, sweet, dramatic, romantic, violent, and had a wonderful ending. My only complaint is that some chapters that are from a different POV repeat 90% of the same scenes stated in another chapter. If they had been combined some way it would have been perfect!

The Hidden King

The Hidden King

"Let's go." With that, he and the first wave of men ran out onto the beach. Terranean's second batch setup. The King was close by, observing the battle. The set of archers fired at Martin's command. Aqualia stayed close to me. I didn't want to be on stand-by. But, I could not lose control now. Aegean and his men knew what they were doing. I had to trust everyone. They would hold back Fenon until the time was right.

He Beat Up The Alpha

He Beat Up The Alpha

Nate shouted, desperation filling his voice. "Tell me the names of all of them," Raven ordered, pretending he didn't see Elena's hands shaking. "Jeremy Wills! David Parker! Gerald Gallego! Nate Hogan!" Nate shouted before falling to the ground, panting and crying at the pain. The last name brought a shrill gasp out of Allura before she slid to the ground. "You--you said it was the Alpha who did it!" Allura screamed as she crawled to Nate, clawing, hitting and kicking Nate, who barely had the strength to dodge.
