Promised to the Alpha

Promised to the Alpha

James P.O.V I couldn’t help but grin as I sat upon my throne of Jasper, sipping from a crystal glass holding the blood of a beautiful and enchanting woman. She had been so kind to me, directing me, aiding me and she tasted so sweet. Years of planning, of searching, had finally stopped. I had found her. Salvation.

So if this is Book 1 and 2??? What and where is the second book. I’ve read until chapter 59. The comments at the end asking about when the next chapter will be posted are all from 2months ago. Is this it?

This book is an excellent read so far but it is supposed to be book 1 and book 2. There have been no updates on this story in a long time, that is true. Has anyone found out if anything is wrong with the author? It should be one of the questions asked.

The Lycan King’s Rogue Queen

The Lycan King’s Rogue Queen

“You’re speaking to your queen.” “She isn’t my queen,” Rhaek hissed. That did it. Light flared at the edges of my vision, gold threading through the air like veins of molten glass. The chandelier trembled. Dust floated upward instead of down. Riley, don’t, my wolf warned. Riley, please do, Lumi whispered beside me. I stood. “You’re right,” I said lightly. “I’m not your queen.” I raised a hand, palm up. The chandelier exploded in a rain of molten light that froze midair, a thousand droplets of gold hovering above their terrified faces.

Kidnapped By The Lycan Prince

Kidnapped By The Lycan Prince

“Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it disappear. It makes us weak. And if there’s one thing I refuse to be, it’s weak.” I turn to leave, but Lord Thorne’s voice stops me. “You’re not your father, Caspian. You don’t have his experience. His wisdom. Perhaps you should leave this to those who do.” I pause, my back to him, my fists clenched at my sides. “And perhaps,” I say slowly, turning to face him, “you should remember who you’re speaking to. I am the heir to the throne. And if you can’t respect that, then you have no place on this council.”

Cursed by the Dark Prince

Cursed by the Dark Prince

“I’m staying for the people who still believe we can make something better.” That stung — because it was true. But there was something beautiful in it too. Kael exhaled slowly and knelt, picking up a shard of blackened glass — a remnant of his old fortress. He turned it over in his hand, watching how the sunlight caught the jagged edges. Once, it had been part of a throne. Now, it was nothing more than broken glass. He closed his fist around it until blood beaded from his palm. “Maybe it’s time to let go,” he murmured.

The Eclipse Secret Child

The Eclipse Secret Child

The glass decanter on the side table shattered into a thousand crystal shards, the lightbulbs in the ceiling flickered and popped in a shower of sparks, plunging the study into a bruised, smoky twilight. "What... what did you..." Kaelen wheezed, stumbling back against the mahogany desk, wweat broke out on his brow, his skin flushing a dark, angry red as his own blood boiled under the sudden pressure of his unfiltered power. "I gave you back what belongs to you," I whispered, walking toward him, I wasn't afraid. I was the only thing in the world he couldn't burn, "You want to be a King? Then carry the weight of the Zenith Crown yourself, I’m taking the only thing that actually kept you sane,

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

The twins were coming, and they weren't waiting for the ground. Above her, the Heiress’s face appeared in the smoke, her hand reaching out one last time, her eyes burning with the spite of a dying god. "If I can't have the throne," the girl hissed, her voice fading into the roar of the wind, "then no one gets the kingdom."

Rebirth of the Billionaire’s Substitute Bride

Rebirth of the Billionaire’s Substitute Bride

I held his burning gaze, refusing to look away, partially captivated the look of mesmerization in his eyes. "To the victors," I whispered, my voice trembling slightly as I gently tugged the glass of scotch from his grip. Aziel’s eyes darkened. A smirk curved his lips as he finally stepped back, giving me exactly enough room to breathe. "To the victors, my queen," he agreed softly, raising his own glass. "Drink up. Because tomorrow, the Shadow King stops playing with money, and starts playing with blood."

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

The shadows around the room stirred. Not restless. Responsive. Listening. “If the void is truly mine to command,” I continued, “then it will answer to me.” Order didn’t interrupt. He didn’t stop me. Because he couldn’t. Because this— This was the point. “I will sacrifice neither,” I said. The words landed. Final. Absolute. “I won’t abandon my people.” A step forward. “I won’t risk my child.” Another. “I won’t become the kind of ruler who believes power is worth more than life.”

Mate In The Shadows

Mate In The Shadows

"The inscription?" She nodded. A moment passed. "Everything means something." Selene waited. "The problem," Orion continued, "is figuring out what." A faint smile touched her mouth. "Profound." "I try." "You absolutely do not." His expression remained completely serious. "That's fair." The smile lingered. Then slowly her gaze drifted back toward the fire. "Beneath every throne lies the first stone." The words felt different now than they had inside the chamber. Less mysterious, more deliberate.

The Dark Forest: The Lycan King’s Fated Mate

Immense power like nothing before. The light vanishes. Silence crashes through the room so heavily I can hear my own breathing. “No,” one elder whispers shakily. “This cannot happen again.” “She carries all bloodlines,” another says. “A true royal. The gods have spoken.” “The throne right..” “She could claim every kingdom.” “I don’t want to,” I say immediately. My voice cuts through the panic sharply. Everyone turns toward me. “I do not want anyone’s throne.” The room remains deathly still.
