Alphas Rejection, Supremes Obsession

But it was his arm that almost stopped my breath— His arm was exactly as I had seen in the vision… Black veins crawled up from his wrist, spreading like cracked obsidian under the skin. His fingers were turning grey, lifeless, as though someone was draining the light from him. His breathing was uneven, sharp, each inhale sounding like a fight he was slowly losing. My knees nearly buckled. “No…” I whispered, my voice breaking. ‘No, no… this— this can’t be real. I saw this. I saw— How—!?’ I still couldn't believe my eyes.

The Vitale Brothers Ruined Me, Then Made Me Their Queen

The Vitale Brothers Ruined Me, Then Made Me Their Queen

He is comparing data points. He pushes my t-shirt up. "Ciro, don't." "Hush." He exposes my chest to the cool air. He looks at me. In the moonlight, the veins beneath my skin are visible. Blue rivers mapping a new landscape. They are darker than usual. More prominent. He traces one with his finger. A cool, rough line of sensation. "You feel... different," he whispers. He looks at the nipple. It is darker. Larger. He brushes it with his thumb.

THE SUBSTITUTE FOR THE SUBSTITUTE

THE SUBSTITUTE FOR THE SUBSTITUTE

"Check your chest. Now." My hand flew to my sternum before I was even fully awake. I sucked in a breath. It rattled like a bag of dry gravel. The brand—the jagged 'X'—didn't just glow anymore. The skin around it had turned a sick, necrotic purple. Black veins branched out from the center, crawling toward my collarbone like ink dropped in water. It pulsed. A low, wet throb that made my vision swim with static.

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

The bruised-purple steam was completely gone. I looked down at my hands. My left arm was heavily scarred, the permanently cooked veins running beneath the skin a dormant, matte black. It felt incredibly heavy, perfectly attuned to the steady, comforting thump-thump of the earth's deep magma nodes pulsing miles beneath the city. My right arm was pale, the veins glowing with a faint, steady silver luminescence. It felt weightless, completely untethered from the planet, humming with the cold, silent frequency of the moon.

Ex-husband Wanted an Open Marriage With My Sister

Ex-husband Wanted an Open Marriage With My Sister

He reached out, grasped her wrist with his fingertips, and turned her hand over, with the palm facing up. “You have it here too,” he said. His thumb rested at the base of her palm, where there was a slight red mark—left by the stitching of the steering wheel. His fingertips traced small circles in her palm, gently, as if drawing an invisible symbol. The palms of her hands were sweaty. The sweat formed a thin layer between his fingertips and her skin, making his movements smoother. Her fingers curled slightly in his grasp, and her fingertips touched the inside of his wrist—where the skin was thinner, with veins visible beneath. The blue veins resembled tributaries of a river.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

‘The old man's temper is something else! "Damn it!" Dominic snorted, not knowing whether he had lost his temper with himself or Alexander. Following that, he raised his arms and put them by the side of the tub. Alexander could only stay rooted and watch him. He was shocked because he had never seen an arm like that before. The blue veins on Dominic's arms were prominent, just like how an arm of a skinny and malnourished person would look, but that was not it. Dominic's arms were not bony, but the veins and blood vessels remained prominent.

How many chapters will this book have I have already spent $40.00 and that could have bought a whole novel. The book is good but it doesn’t need to carry on forever!!! What is the last chapter? I wouldn’t have started reading it had I known it wasn’t complete. This disappoints me greatly!!!

I would like to give my opinion on when his eyes open…… the book is great to read, but I feel like I pay to read that’s okay, but now it’s like the chapters is getting shorter, I don’t want to start on another story when I did not finish the first one. Please let me finish reading this book.

THE REBORN IDOL

THE REBORN IDOL

She never paused to let her hands relax. Her palms and fingers were covered in calluses, and her skin was deeply tanned. She also had a number of small scratches on her hands. However, her hands that are attached to her arms are in their infancy at the moment. This hand's skin was pale, but underneath it was covered in blue vessels, and the fingers were unusually long. “……..” Rose nervously looked somewhere else. The shadow of her legs that was cast on the blanket gave the impression that she was much smaller than she actually was. She became anxious, and her heart began beating extremely fast as a result.

Didn’t look away. Neither did I. Until I couldn’t take the way my stomach fluttered, the way heat bloomed beneath my skin. I looked down, breath catching in my throat. His hand moved to untangle mine from his shoulder—and then stilled. He was staring at my forearm. At the vein. Dark and thin, spidering from just beneath the skin. Not green. Not purple. Black. I thought that vanished before. His fingers wrapped around my wrist, not hard, but firm. Possessive.

The Darkside of the Moon

The Darkside of the Moon

Sweat beads on his forehead, but it is the veins—those dark, serpentine lines crawling beneath the surface—that draw all eyes. They coil like a creeping vine, twisting and winding up from the wrists to the elbows, then slithering further towards the neck. Black and swollen, they pulse with an eerie rhythm, as if alive, as if feeding on the very essence of life within him. The darkness spreads like a malevolent plant devouring its host, snaking toward the heart, ready to choke out the final flickers of vitality.

Thalia's Ashen Fate

Thalia's Ashen Fate

"How... are you?" "I am... adjusting," he said, the word a vast understatement. A shadow of profound disorientation flickered in his eyes. His right hand, as if with a mind of its own, drifted to his left arm. My attention snagged there, and the air seemed to grow colder. Against the pale canvas of his skin, sickly, orange-gold veins crawled and writhed with a faint glow. They were not flat marks, but a living tracery, like lightning trapped and writhing beneath the surface, a parasite etched in light. They snaked up from his wrist, disappearing under the sleeve of his tunic. I shouldn't ask. It's cruel, a part of me thought. But another, fiercer part knew I had to. I can't help him if I'm b
