I was out for a long time. My eyes could not adjust easily and I felt a lot of pain throughout my whole body. I didn't know what was happening but surely I was somewhere in the dark. Her eyes locked on mine. “You will bear his child, Elowyn.” She said it with such certainty that my blood ran cold.  I stared at her, horror rising in my throat. “You want me to die instead of you?” Sabrina said nothing. She didn’t have to. Her smile said everything.
