At Daniella’s small family house. Friday arrived and Daniella was on a date with Jones. There was a Christian music festival ongoing in one of the biggest theatres. Jones knew that Danica loved such events and decided to take Daniella there. He had a respectable job as an Accounts officer in an advertising agency and therefore, had a stable income. Daniella seeked Herty’s help in picking out one of Danica’s outfits to wear. She wanted to present herself, exactly how Danica would. Therefore, she wasn’t ashamed to wear one of Danica’s long, fashion-less dresses. Herty left before Jones arrived.

“There’s a lot you don’t know about Hayden. A lot of dark things. And if I were you, I’d keep my distance… for the sake of your daughter.” Briella let out a breath she didn’t realize she was holding. Of all the tactics she expected, pretending to be concerned wasn’t one of them. “If you want Hayden,” Briella said calmly, “you could just say so. No need for warnings.” Daniella’s lips curved, amused. “You’ll find out soon enough.” She slipped a hand into her pocket and pulled out a silver card with engraved initials: D.W and a phone number. She placed it in Briella’s palm and gently folded her fingers around it, like she was sealing a deal Briella didn’t agree to.

She introduces herself as Willow Randall, that she will be Daniella's direct boss while in Brooklyn, the one whom Daniella will be directly reporting to as for as long as she'll be working for them. "I didn't get any information about coming here except some very basic yet confusing things. I do get what I'm supposed to do but how am I supposed to do that?"
