Kiss Me Where It Hurts
He lolled his head to the side, his chest heaving up and down as he successfully removed the bullet, leaving a dent in his arm.
“Pour it in.” He groaned, and I shakily knelt beside him, my chest squeezing in pain as I looked deep into his wound.
“You're hurt. Really badly. We should call a doctor.” My voice broke as tears gathered in my eyes.
Maybe it was because of the red glow of pain in his eyes as he stared up at the ceiling.
I've never seen this man like this. I'd always thought he was untouchable. Unbreakable. So why is he falling apart in front of me?
