The worst had to be the fanfics that had seemingly popped up overnight. I only got through the blurb of one before I had to click out of the site, lest I risk permanently damaging my psyche. When I saw all this, I was a little shocked that I was yet to realise that I hadn’t yet received a scolding call from my mother. But then I checked my phone and remembered I had muted all calls and notifications from her, of which there were many.

How can we put an end to this if we don’t stay away from each other? We were not in any kind of relationship, but when I write my diary entry that night, it feels like I’ve been jilted. I strike through the whole entry, determined not to let him mar my sexy fantasies. Just because I stopped acting on these fantasies doesn’t mean I can’t write them.
