He activated the ball and rolled it down in the general direction of the warriors who are coming at him. In an instant, they all fell down unconscious. The gas from the ball is quite effective and it can make a bulky shifter fall unconscious in under one minute. Joshua moved towards the pack house where his obsession is at a steady unobstructed pace. This is how he has taken the Shadow pack, Luna, as well.
